The house is at a wonderful scenery, with beautiful large terraces, balconies and a perfect view on the ocean. It is absolutely quiet and separated from any neighbor house, so it is perfect to feel relaxed at your own at a beautiful spot. The beach is in 1 km walking distance (yet a little sport as it goes 150 m down), so it is possible to buy everything you need or find good restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a large living area and enough space, and a great master room with balcony an ocean view. The swimming pool is shared with 9 other parties, yet at our time (October) we had it completely on our own. It is really huge (15 m long) and deep (no children area), so kids must be swimmers to enjoy it fully. It was a great spot for a larger group with a lot of kids
On the other side there are clear problems that make it a difficult recommendation. The interior and furniture, especially the kitchen is old and rundown, to an extend that can be a problem for many guests. The dishwasher was broken on arrival, and had to be fixed before working properly by an external craftsman. This must have been visible before, as parts were missing and the upper part was falling down. Yet the biggest problem are the ants in the kitchen. They are impossible to control even with insecticides, and below the sink were hundreds of dead ants when we arrived. They try to fix this by spreading the house with insecticides before arrival, with definetly is no solution as it smelled strange upon arriving. No food could be left out and any moment, because it got attacked by ants,
Last thing: The internet is mediocre and has to be payed by 20 Euro per week - this is not a attractive solution nor should it be like this for a house that cost more than 2000 per week.
