Relatively easy to access and close to everything

Right next to the 24hour gym, so noisy with weights being dropped etc

Very modern and well designed Very clean and comfortable Good location for most things Cleaning staff were very helpful

No parking available and you park across the street No staff in the building and you register electronically However the cleaning staff were very helpful

Very comfortable bed. Lovely clean quiet room. It was worth paying a bit extra for the mine view. Very fun outlook. The self check-in process was easy

The accomodation has code to let yourself in . WHEN TRYING TO CHECK IN AT 2.15 MY ROOM WASN,T READY SO I COULDN,T EVEN GET IN THE DOOR TO WAIT IN THE FOYER . I HAD TO HANG AROUND ON THE STREET NOT A GOOD LOOK . WHEN TRYING AGAIN AT 3.00 I RECEIVED THE SAME ANSWER ON THE DOOR . I RANG THE NUMBER 4 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER THEN A PLEASANT YOUNG MAN RANG AND GUIDED ME IN THROUGH THE CODE CHECK IN . NOT IDEAL I MUST SAY . I PROBABLY WOULD NOT BOOK HERE AGAIN.

Regardless, it was a nice three day stay at the icon, and the room was clean and tidy.

The room was good for the price and I really love the keypad system to enter the facility and your room. And it so easy to use the self check in and out system at the entry of the building.

The soap, shampoo and conditioner used are not the great smelling or use wise. The shampoo was really harsh on the hair and the conditioner barely did anything. The walls where also a bit thin you could hear the guest next door rummaging through their closets and people walking down the hall talking. But if everyone’s rather considerate it’s fine.

Tidy, clean , compact. Centre of town. No fuss. Was easy to use keypads to get into hotel and into rooms. Plenty of parking across road.

Everything was fine. I only wish there was some hand sanitizer in entry after using keypad to enter.

I wish it had Smart TV for Netflix but not a deal breaker
