Very nice and cozy studio. Clean and have everything what you need. The hosts are very nice and helpful. There is a big garden and parking and very good separate place for children.

Just great

Good location, very quiet day and night, great when you travel with kids because there is a great big garden with super smooth grass just great for barefoot walk, and all kids stuff. Also 3 grill posts with everything needed. Nikos is a great host, giving all the info about surrounding, boat rental and places to visit. Everything is very clean, room spacious, bathroom the same, big fridge, TV ( some channel in english) and internet (when is not raining :) Because there are many beaches and places to visit, is better to have a car We had Great time at Nikos

Good place on good location

Perfect location between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou, close to the beach, many places for eating nearby and easy access to the market. Very clean property, comfortable beds, some rooms with beautiful garden view. The people are very nice and friendly. I recommend!

Family with 2 children

Great location(close to the beautiful beach Karydi and Trani Ammouda), beautiful big garden perfect for children(more like a playground for them), nice barbecue. The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and the sheets were changed every 2 days. The staff is also very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!

We'll come back with pleasure.

The property has a huge, green, blossoming, perfectly cared yard with lots of playing options for kids. When not on the beach, our kids were constantly on the playground. The place is very safe, despite being next to the road. The staff was great - always smiling and very helpful. And Nikos is very hospitable - always there if one needs something. We'll definitely come again. Thank you all!

Very good quality for a price.

Close to the Talgo beach - 5 min walk. Huge jard with barbecue and playground for children. On the main road, easily reachable. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Lidl is on 5 min ride

We are travelling with two babies and the noise from the traffic is sometimes loud in the evening. In order to get to the beach you uave to cross the main road, but it was not big of a deal.

This was a perfect vacation

Convenient, cozy apartment, well equiped kitchen, clean and nice place. Hospitable and smiling hosts. Wide and green garden. 7min walk from wonderful beach.

Nice place for a fulfilled and pleasant stay with family and kids.

Location is both beautiful and practical, on the main road, which is something you actually forget about due to big and well maintained yard in front of the apartment building. Nikos and his family are very friendly. They will help you in any way and recommend great spots. Beautiful beaches a short drive away...

I wish the bed was a little comfier, but that didn't ruin the impression this is overall a maintained property.

Exceptional

We enjoyed this property very much. There are sandy and rocky beaches nearby with beautiful clear and warm water. We preferred the wild section of the Talgo beach (8 minutes walk from the property). The studio apartment was big enough and it had everything we needed. We also liked the big green garden and the children playground.

There are not too many places to visit or restaurants nearby. This was no problem for us, because we were mainly focused on the sea experience.

Cosy, quiet and very clean with excellent hosts.

Nikos and his family were excellent hosts, always there to answer your every question and request. We had a small electrical issue with our room upon arrival - it was resolved promptly with profuse apologies from the hosts. Nikos recommended the best beach nearby (Lagonisi beach - be sure to check it out), where to buy best olive oil... The room was kept very clean during our stay there, with frequent changes of towels and bed sheets. The room itself was quite large enough for two people. The garden in front of the house is superb! It has a very large playground for kids (including various swings, a small basketball court and table tennis), several sets of seating for adults tucked in below trees which provide shade during the day and everything is kept immaculately trimmed and cared for. All in all - excellent stay, Nikos and his family have helped to make our vacation quite lovely and memorable.

Minor thing - the bed was a little too firm for my taste but that is just my taste. For someone else it may be a perfect fit :)

The place was very nice, excellent if you have small children ( a lot of activities for them). The host and the family were very nice. Easy to find and not very far from the popular beaches. Highly recommended.

Amazing!

The energy of the place was very nice! you see love in every detail. niko and niko's mother were very kind the whole stay we really enjoyed all the installations ...of course we will be back!

Beautiful garden

Nice and friendly host. Very big well maintained garden.

Air conditioner flow was directly on the bed. We liked more the other side of the peninsula.
