Peaceful and relaxing

The location and host were fantastic, the pre-packed breakfast was ok

The breakfast could have been better but I understand there are local restrictions on what can be provided

Luxurious and comfortable stay!

Massimo, host of this guest house, received us with a warm hospitality. He picked us up at Tarquinia Station and drove us to the station when we left the town, which was very helpful. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The guest house made our stay in Tarquinia perfect!

Great location and facilities.

Location was excellent, host was quick to respond and very helpful. Facilities were really good and there was a great selection of breakfast supplies.

The cooling system in the second bedroom did not work.

Helpful host and charming apartment

Great communication and service from the host. Very charming and rustic. Close to the town central, but still quiet. Perfect in every way.

Very good

The location was excellent. We were there to see the Necropolis, which was only about a 5-minute drive. The apartment is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The only issue was that the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn't working, which in July heat is unbearable. Massimo tried everything to fix it but it wasn't possible. If it wasn't for the AC issue, I would give it 10+ Also, there were nice breakfast items, like cereal, bread, jam/butter, milk, coffee/tea, yogurts, etc.

Central location, delightful apartment

Delightful apartment, walking distance to the archaeological museum and a short drive to the necropolis. It was easy to find free street parking nearby, and it was quiet. As it was quite warm, we appreciated the aircon in the bedroom. Massimo was kind and even bought us gelato when we happened to run into him in the main square. There were lots of breakfast options.

Exceptional

We stopped for 1 night on the way back north. The place is equipped sufficiently. Lots of elegant antique furniture which helps create atmosphere. I guess it's a good location for visiting Tuscany.

The breakfast was left the previous evening, so obviously it wasn't fresh or homemade. But it's normal in Italy.

Tarquinia is a gem and this apartment made the visit easy.

Accurate pictures and description, easy walk to restaurants, piazza, etc. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom...no stairs, parked out front. Massimo gave lots information. Tarquinia was so enjoyable, fabulous museum - would like to return.

Our fault to not have a phone for check in communication.
