We spent an amazing time and we’ve already planned to come again next summer.

Well.. That was our third stay in the apartment of Zvonimir. We just love(d) this place.. We like EVERYTHING about it.. Zvonimir ist a GREAT HOST. MANY THANKS for everything, dear Zvonimir.

Exceptional

I highly recommend this apartment. Is good quality for good price. Room is nice and clean. Nice beach is very close. View from main terrace is stunning. We could use it any time we wanted. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Very good value for money and absolutely a place to want to go back to.

The owner was there to meet us and was exceptionally helpful. The room was very comfortable and air conditioned. The outside terrace had a view of the sea and was very spacious. It was where we spent a lot of our time. Sunset Beach was within walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants. The beach itself was stony but not too bad.The owner was very friendly and worked non stop to make sure that everything outside was in good order. He also made sure we had enough clean towels. He is an excellent host, very generous and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thoroughly recommended.

Exceptional

We have liked everything about our stay during the few nights in Dubrovnik. Common area has gorgeous views, everything was clean and cozy and our tiny apartment had everything we could possibly need. Zvonimir is a great host! We even started to like the steps that lead to the studio :)

Superb

Amazing host; we were welcomed with home-made drinks and maps of Dubrovnik. We felt at home immediately. The kitchen is well equipped: kettle, pans, mugs, plates and all cutlery and utensils you might need. The (shared) terrace has a great view of the bay. The old town is a 40 minute walk or a bus ride (didn't try) away).

The room is not very spacious, but we did not mind at all, as we spent most of our time on the shared but very quiet balcony.

Great host, great view!

Z is an amazing host, very warm and welcoming and friendly! was great to talk to a passionate local and get insider knowledge. our apartment had the most amazing view of Lapad and the beaches. The bus is easy to get to the old town, or you can even walk it. The beaches below the property in Lapad are lovely too.

Studios Maslac the number one place to stay if self catering

Everything was perfect,the weather was amazing though we had a few nights thunder and lightning ,apart from that ,perfect

Everything was brilliant,so clean and the owner has been so helpful, such a nice man who picked me up from airport and dropped me back off at airport for a reasonable cost,loved the accommodation, amazing views and very peaceful,would defo recommend staying here.It is uphill so if your not fit hire a car as it is steep in places.Would defo come back

Owner is nice and Helping.

Owner is very nice person. Explained us surrounding area. Helped us to get transport. Also gave us city map and book. Room has everything needed for stay and you can also cook.

Room and bathroom are very small. We could not find place to open our bag in room. Also we could hear noise from our neighbors and they might have heard our noise too.

The apartment provides everything you need, including an amazing view and the small terrace, but its best advantage is the host. He welcomed us with drinks few hours before official check-in, gave us new recommendations every day and was extremely helpful during the whole stay. It was lovely!

Nice place with great view

Zvonimir is super helpful and friendly! He picked us up from the bus station for free and drove us to the apartment. We got welcome drink, booklet and map on arrival. The view from balcony is amazing! It's such a pleasure to have breakfast in the balcony.

Poor WiFi in the room. Many steps to get to the apartment
