I enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the room as well as the amenities of the hotel. I used the gym and health club most days during my stay, which made me feel great everyday. In particular, have a sauna and warm pool was particularly nice. The location is very convenient and the best of both worlds since you have a very modern mall with great dining options connected to the hotel and then when you cross the highway, you are basically in a charming low rise neighborhood that is more old Shanghai style with lots of cute restaurants and bars. If you need to take the metro, a huge metro stage is connected to the hotel too. The hotel staff were pretty helpful and I found that using Meituan delivery app was very convenient since there is a Meituan locker outside the hotel.
I do feel that the room in a hotel of this caliber should have a proper coffee machine. I felt disappointed that there was only instant coffee instead of a nespresso machine. The tea they provide is very tasty though.

good location - lots of dining snd coffee options. Less traffic to get a cab if you go to the back of the hotel and get on from office building #3.
very busy during breakfast, try to go earlier.

The room was comfortable and the view was stunning, the housekeeping was great and professional, the room details as well as the hallway feel very clean and neat, even compared with other 5-star hotels, they must have put a lot of effort to keep the cleanness.
Some staff at the Horizon Club wasn't so polite, when serving drink, identifying guests or answering questions, I asked lemon slices for my sparking water, the staff just turned her back to me suddenly without saying anything and drop the lemon and glasses hard. They manager of the Horizon Club was a cold faced lady who only smile to real VIP and the guests she knows. During breakfast time, herself and her staff kept running to the table where VIP is, despite other guests were being ignored and started to complain. She would rush to get her milktea weimai without answering guests' questions properly. They were overall polite but some of them including the manager is making you not feeling welcome or a sin to ask for anything. However, there are still very nice ones who made my day like the staff helped me checking-in/out.

The room was fantastic, with view to two sides and very cosy. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very tasty, breakfast room very nice.
Kitchen service during the happy hour at the Horizon Club was very poor at the beginning, almost all plates empty for more than half an hour, although the variety offered wasn't very big anyway. White wine was too warm, used plates were not removed regularly.
