Perfect location however not a luxury villa at all.

The location was good and wifi worked well. The staff were great and were attentive with things like laundry and daily room cleans. The staff were lovely.

The rooms were really average and didn’t represent the photos online. The first room we had was so bad we asked for another one, the staff were great about it and gave us a new one. The second room however wasn’t much better. There were paint droplets all under the floor under the sliding doors, the bathroom smelt, the toilet didn’t drain properly, the shower leaked so much we had to use a flannel to stop water dripping everywhere. The overall aesthetic looked nothing like the photos and for the price we paid it was disappointing. We never got beach towels for the pool, the shower curtain and shower which you had to step into the bath was dirty and slippery. We also couldn’t cancel or get a refund once we were there.

Friendly and welcoming staff, villas are very spacious and modern

A spacious villa and room. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a nice little variety of western and Indonesian foods.

Some of the interior and exterior could use some Maintenance for instance the timber flooring by the pool some of it was lifted and some nails sticking out (falls hazard), the mirror inside was party rusted

Staff was nice and room very modern and clean. The buggy was always ready to bring us back and forth.

The pool was not exposed to the sun at any time in the day. Wifi pretty bad. I couldn't even properly use whatsapp. The breakfast area was distant from the room therefore u would need the buggy to reach the main Villa area.

Spacious, friendly staff and outdoor area in villa is nice.

not very clean, wifi is very slow, the water in the shower & sink was extremely smelly (the smell was sickening) & breakfast buffet was not very good was very minimal and tasteless. Not very private at times (almost everyday there were men working on the roof of the villa across ours and they could see clearly into our villa).

The staff is very friendly, polite and they always have a smile.. The villa was awesome.. And we got a ride in a buggy.. which is super cool.. It was an awesome stay..

It was satisfactory.

I loved the room and the facilities it offered. Loved the behavior of the stuffs.

We stayed on a one bedroom pool villa. The pool didn't seem clean and so we didn't go into the pool. There was heavy rain on the night so the pathway to the door of our villa got blocked with water. We had to exit soaking our legs on dirty water. The drainage system could have been better being at a city where rain is a very common occurance.

All in all a great investment and time had. ☺️

I highly recommend the Indonesian Breakfast option. Location is in a quiet area of Seminyak. Access to Seminyak Centre/village is only possible by transport (either yourself, taxis, scooters etc). If you're looking for this, you will be satisfied. If you are looking for a bit.more buzz, this might not be your thing. The host provided buggy shuttle service from the main property/reception area to the second property/resort of villas. You just had to wave at the security. Very handy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The (small) private pool was great. The One bed villa instated at had no roof section where the pool was, so perfect sun access, when it came around.

Room service offer, could have a little bit more extensive options, similar (not all of it) to the restaurant at the main area. Leaves in the pool (minimal 'complaint' from my end) The villa I booked actually allowed for a breakfast mix(I was allowed two or a quasi pick 'n mix between breakfast options, which I only found on my last day. Small fridge (Not enough space if want to store larger water or other bottles or several food items) The wi-fi was pretty buffery or just didn't connect for hours on end.

A relaxing stay with very helpful (good English speaking) staff. Raesonably priced for Christmas week. Thank you!

Generally quiet and spacious location near to the busy Sunset Road - slightly off the beaten track so you need to be prepared to walk or take taxi. Plenty of eateries within 5/15 minute walk - we enjoyed walking and felt safe. Large Starbucks 5 minutes walk away. a 30 minute walk to the beach.

Generally all good - American breakfast however was ordinary - not hot the majority of times. Bali is struggling with tourists due to covid but there is a need for basic maintenance and painting of individual properties - window frames …it will sustain the longevity of wood etc.
