Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful view from apt, table for 4-6 also on terrace thus we were enjoying breakfast each day.
Fact is we were given 2-bedrooms apt instead of 1-bedroom :-)
Spiagga il Quadro just 12min walk and it's a fine beach but way there could be nicer.
If you want to throw yourself to sea right ahead, it's just 6mins away, no beach but lovely place for snorkeling.
Marta, the manager was really helpful
Location is beautiful for views but if your primary aim is to be centrally to Santa Teresa or your kids don't like right and left turns around the hills, I'd prefer a different stay.
Be aware towels & sheets are not included in the price which is also written with small letters on booking and price is 25eur/ person per stay so with family as ours 2+2 we should have paid 100 euros therefore we bought in shop rather our own which came on 50.

Nice view and beautifull surroundings.

Not much to like. Great view, some outdoor space. Free parking. No breakfast included. No pool. Outdoor furniture is iffy at best. Be very careful on this one. We booked a Superior One Bedroom apt. for 2 nights - 256 Euros - so not cheap! but were "upgraded" to a mediocre 2 bdrm. (there were only two of us) we didn't need.
We had to pay 5 Euros xtra per night for gas, 5 Euros xtra per night for water which we were told not to drink (owner put a bottle of water in the fridge for our 2 night stay). We were also billed 5 Euros xtra per night for electricity and a 2 Euro per person per night tax. No air conditioning, just two noisy fans, When I opened the cabinets in the kitchen for dishes I was greeted with a stale, unpleasant aroma. Obviously not cleaned recently, especially for Covid conditions. The cover on the couch was stained. The floor mat was stained ********* 50 Euros more if you want towels and linen for your bed, not even a tea towel to dry your dishes (which had to be washed first) unless you pay the extra money and the extras all have to be paid in cash. No street lights at night, very confusing, twisty turny bumpy road to get there. Beach and stores are miles away.
It might have deserved 4.5 stars from Tripadvisor in 2015 and 2016 but a lot of wear and tear and lack of cleaning downgrades it to a 2 star in our experience. Marta was pleasant and had some maps and directions and tips for us but gave us the distinct impression that she would charge for air, if she could. She offered to help us book a boat tour and asked us for her 10 Euro kick back in cash for herself.

I had a really good time and stay at Residenza Lucia. Above all; the apartment is situated on a top of a small hill with an ABSOLUTELY STUNNING view on the sea and further away even Corsica! For me this was the place to be to start a well deserved holiday on a chill-out spot, away from the busy life. Don't complain that supermarket or restaurant is far away, just plan and organize so that you can fully enjoy the garden or balcony with a brought nice Italian wine and cheese during sunset 😉 Wow! What a nice calm place!
Besides that Marta – the owner – is very sweet and will ask if everything is OK during your stay. I got good advices about the best restaurants in town and nice beaches. I like that everywhere in the apartment you can find very handy information about this. During check-in Marta took really the time to explain a lot about nice spots to visit and info as mentioned before.
I should only go there if you have a (rented) car since the place is, yes it is, a little bit remote. There is a lot to explore in the surroundings of this part of Sardina. You can park the car at a private place under rooftop which is really comfortable. The drive to the apartment is already spectacular with nice views and beautiful rock formations.
I can definitely recommend Residenza Lucia. I am sure i will return to Sardinia and will then start my trip there again!
There is hardly nothing to complain; but be aware that this spot is hardly to reach without car. Besides that don't expect a very luxury modern apartment. Everything you will need is there but the furniture is a little bit out-dated. But to be honest... did it boughter me...? Not at all; it was a for me the best located place and enjoyed this chill-out spot very much!
