how do say perfect in Italian ? All is excellent from staff to food. Location is so beautiful like a private and cozy village. It is modern too. A+++ for the breakfast, one of the best I know in a European hotel.
It’s so good it is hard to leave.

Beautiful surroundings. Great service everywhere. Spa, swimming pools, bedrooms and breakfast all top top.
Food at Aurevo restaurant was disappointing and quite expensive. But the service was excellent.

The view is breathtaking, all around.
The buildings are uniformely spread out so that you have the impression of space but also intimacy.
The swimming pools are world class, especially the more remote ones.
The gardens and the plants and greenary are superb, like a botanical exhibition.
The food at Grifon is rather good, with excellent dishes.
I suggest giving up the payment of extras at breakfast, such as omlette or centrifuga: seems really cheap.
Also, the dinning at Griffon in the tent is unfortunate: when there is the wonderful house with museum level decoration and furniture, sitting under cheap white wrinkled bed sheets like tissue with stadium lighting is not the best idea.

It was amazing and wish to stay longer. Pools and food in tratoria perfect, bonus with playground for kids.
Room 614 its brand new but someone already scratch to painting which id pity if every detail there is perfect . Aircon made funny noises but we stayed only one night so didnt really bother with it.

Absolutely stunning location, beautifully located in the suburbs of Bologna, a place to rest, detox and recharge. Superbly well maintained Resort, clean, neat and chic! The pools are super clean and the resting chairs are in mint condition! The restaurants are of very good quality - even if overpriced for this region.
The hygiene articles provided are of low quality, the toilet paper was empty when we arrived and the room was only cleaned on request.

Superb stay. Staff and facilities were great and rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. Spa and pools very good and quality of restaurants meant you had everything you needed on site. Walking through the vineyard is a must!

beautiful vistas and so peaceful but very close to cities of interest. Well maintained, great accommodations and amenities, super comfortable beds! We loved the walk around the vineyards!
the shower could benefit from another shelf or a larger one.

Room was spacey and comfortable. Breakfast had everything we wanted and was good. Very nice location on the top of the hill. Beautiful garden.
We expected to be romantic gateway. In fact it is huge complex more suitable for congresses. Hotel is a maze- difficult to find your way around it. There are nice spots but you end up spending your time either on asphalted parking space with hundred cars or lost in the underground passages as these are the only way to reach reception, spa and restaurants from your hotel room. There are beautiful spots but you need to look for it. Hotel is huge but attention to details is lacking. The way it is organized does not really make sense- our room was on ground floor next to swimming pool but there was no way to reach it without going around entire building (there was door nearby but closed and 2m hedge around our outside sitting space). Restaurants in hotel area are ok but overpriced for what they offer. In general pity as it was nice location and one could have done much better with it.

The hotel and services definitely surprise as the people and the design and equipment of the hotel are more of a 5* Luxury resort. The servers are attentive, always approachable and helpful. The placement is one not to miss. Rooms are really beautiful and spacious, we had a Suite and a Basic twin room for the two kids.
Be careful when booking multiple rooms- different categories are in different buildings. Nevertheless, they offer amazing views. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and detail of the amenities and equipment of the room. Everything is branded in their beautiful logo, the plastic used is eco-friendly, etc etc., really nice job 👏 in doing things properly.
I can recommend going for the oil & wine tasting for sure, as the hotel has its own production of both. The wine is young so it still needs to evolve, but it is awesome to be able to experience it at its early stages and then, hopefully one day, be able to compare it as it progresses and matures. It has great potential. (Big thanks to Giulia)
The restaurant we were in offered amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere. Le Marzoline is for sure one not to miss during your stay.
The porter at the reception that was there during the night (sorry I don't remember his name) was extremely helpful and warm, we appreciated all his help very much.
It is worth every euro coming to this beautiful structure. Everything is priced spot-on, I'd even go higher on the wine tasting.
The only thing, which is a minor, minor, minor difference in what we expected was the view that led us to believe we will be looking at vineyards. The view was nevertheless stunning and a sunrise here is one not to miss.
I also noticed a missed upselling opportunity for us- we were a family of 4 and I wrote it in the details of my reservation with two kids. As the two rooms were in different buildings and the Suite we were in had an interconnecting door, we would have gone for the upsell and upgraded the 2 kids to be next to us.
Lastly, we have booked for the wine and oil tasting and then for Le Marzoline for dinner with the help of Massimiliano. The wine tasting requires more than 1.5h, especially if the explanation is done in two languages and if you are tasting 2/3 oils and 4 wines, which was our case. Unfortunately, this led to us missing the consecutive reservation for the restaurant, which, although done through e-mail, was not booked. Fortunately, everything was solved thanks to the extremely reactive staff on-site and a 5* approach. Just be careful with the timings 😊 I'd recommend more of 2-2:15 hour window if people don't want to be rushed.

We loved the setting, the views, our rooms, the food and wine, and swimming facilities
It would have been great if the restaurants offered more healthy options like salads and vegetarian dishes, and for thr buffet breakfast if there were more options like pancakes, French toast and waffles as well as a cooking station that could make fresh omelettes, poached eggs etc
Finally it would be great if there were cold water fountains in each building/floor where guests could get fresh chilled water

Property was ok, however facilities could be more modern and/ or renovated. Our room was in the basement which was not too great. In my opinion too expensive for the quality and received value.
Unfriendly staff especially in the restaurants and breakfast. Bathroom and shower rather old and shower head did not work properly. Even though we asked for replacement of the shower head, it wasn’t.

ALL EXCEPTIONAL. We were welcomed by very gentle staff and given a room upgrade. The structure is fantasic with several pools and very nice spa. Also several excellent dining possibilities exisist.
