Great stay, thank you to the very hospitable staff!

Location couldn't be better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel, especially bathrooms are in need of renovation.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast had excellent choice.

The booking site clearly says that parking is available on site. This is not true as it is street parking if you are fortunate to find a space.

Устраивала только локация! Но амерзительное отношение к своим гостям это верх!

Абсолютно скотское отношение! Бронировала номер заранее и уже не впервые! По итогу я бронировала дешевле а как у них появился спрос без проблем отменили мою бронь! И я постоянно не писала о том что у них течет душевая старая вся мебель ! В унитазе вода вытекала!

Хороший отель, но до 4х звезд наверно нужно подтягивать

Хороший чистый номер, есть все необходимое, мини бар со снеками, удобная кровать. Расположение удобней некуда, на Сарьяна с кучей ресторанов вокруг. Приятная девушка на ресепшене, помогла распечатать документы по моей просьбе.

Номер хоть и чистый и ухоженный, но немного уставший от времени, конечно), интерьер на любителя (а-ля дорого-богато). При заселении не очень понравилась коммуникация с молодым человеком на ресепшене. Я считаю дурным тоном говорить гостю «если вы будете курить, вы будете платить штраф», тем более в 4х звездочном отеле, как заявлено. Как бы я и так услышала, что номер для некурящих, зачем еще добавлять это в назидание - не очень понимаю, ощущение, что тебя ругают за твои же деньги и за то, чего ты еще не сделал))

Det var forfærdeligt.

Jeg var ikke tilfreds med noget. Du løj for mig. Havde ikke en god morgenmad :(. Det havde ikke gode faciliteter. Du kan høre andres stemmer i dit værelse. Vi er nødt til at komme til lobbyen for at bruge Wi-Fi. Der var ingen bar i hotellets lobby.

Dette hotel er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Booking skal være forsigtig med sit tilbud. jeg havde stolet på Booking, desværre.

Ужасный отель, опасный для проживания.

Все ужасно, предоставленный номер не соответствует никаким нормам проживания, дыры в полу, рваная мебель, унитаз не сливает, грязно, выключатель болтается на проводе.

Absolutely it is not a 4-star hotel. It was the first hotel which we entered and no one helped us to our room, they just gave us the keys at the reception. We didn’t have an hair drier for the night and after that they gave us one just with cold stream. There were some broken staff there such as drawers and the bathroom’s door handle was broken and we told them and they said that they already knew it and did nothing. There wasn’t any shaving staff tissue inside the room!! There were just 3 free parking spaces and street is so busy to park in paid parking places.

- Location is good - there is a lot of good places near the hotel - reception looks clear and nice.

- Very old rooms - Not clean at all (for that price) - A lot of damaged things in the rooms (ceiling, floor, tables),

Overpriced for the provided quality!

Only the location.

It's not as described or as in the pictures. It's really old and not organized. There are no full beds, only single beds. I think that the hotel administration knows that it's not as described and that's why the refund can be only after 2 nights. PS The view from the window is different.

Pleasant

Location was good, pretty central and only a short walk to main sights. Excellent array of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and shower was great. In the context of 4 and 5 star hotels in Yerevan, which are generally fairly pricy, the value for money was decent.

I paid for the balance of my stay when I arrived. Upon leaving, the receptionist tried to make me pay again and demanded to see the receipt when I explained I had already paid. I had to show the outgoing payment on my banking app in the end to convince her. I also arranged an airport transfer for the end of my stay through the hotel. I confirmed that this had been booked and the time for it in person when I arrived, as well as paying for it. When it came to the time, the receptionist claimed to be unable to see any evidence of it and so just called me a taxi instead.

I stayed two nights at the hotel but later on discovered that they charged my credit card for three night. And the amount for the third night was even higher than for the nights I actually booked.

Not worth my money

Location is the only good thing about the property. Staff friendliness can also be highlighted.

Rooms are old, toilet facilities were more of less clean but places like the shower and bathtub were not… they are old and dirty and covered in kalk. Internet was not working. Impossible to connect and to navigate any website.
