The location is spectacular, the staff are willing to go above and beyond and are super accomodating.
It is a little bit remote which is only a problem if you want to get in to town (Port Vila) and the bathrooms could do with an update

Nice beach, clear water, great snorkeling, boat taxi straight to the town, bar, cocktails, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is amazing and always ready to help.
Would be nice to have few more hooks for the towels and clothes in the bathroom

The view from the room was nice but that is where it ends
To start with, the booking.com description of this place is very outdated. This resort is falsely advertised and needs to be removed or updated.
We checked in and were underwhelmed by the accommodation; it was very basic for what they charged for the rooms. The restaurant was out of food and drinks, and what it did provide was very average. There was no tour desk as advertised, we were told to book online but could not use the internet. The staff were just lounging around the pool, making it very uncomfortable to use. The restaurant was closed at 8 pm, and all the staff left, we had no hot water in our room, and no one was around to help us. The wifi was terrible and limited to the restaurant area.
It was a very uncomfortable stay, we had booked and paid for three nights and left after the first night and were still charged the full amount. We relocated to a cheaper and much nicer resort down the road.
I would not recommend this place to anyone; we were extremely disappointed.
I am sure it once used to be a nice place to stay, but it has been poorly managed and neglected for a long time The staff are trying their best with what they have to work with, but it is a terrible place to stay.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sagenhafter Blick, toll zum Schnorcheln, grandioses Essen

Location was beautiful and sheltered, right on the beach. Gardens were well maintained. SUP boards and kayak were all handy free to use and snorkel gear and reef shoes.
Room was dated, some fly screens were missing at the back, bathroom could be improved. Swimming pool was at the property entrance, away from the beach and there were no restaurant or bar facilities near the pool. Menu could be improved.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The manager was very accommodating and informative. Lovely beach and natural swimming area so you could swim when the tide was out.
A little bit out of the way to access restaurants but a taxi was always available.

The fact that there was a beach nearby.
Checkin and Resort Manager's service was very unprofessional and uncivilised. He shouts on the guest simply because his sleeps gets disturbed. After 3 changes to flight and long day at work finally i reached the place midnight and when it was raining . i was received by security guard who does not speak english. Upon asking emergency contact number he got the manager who then argued at midnight.
All the days, Bedsheet, towels all were stained. Some of those stains were blood stains. Everything was broken in the room on first night, eg Bathroom Lights, Fridge,Side lights , Bed lights ,hot kettle . The worst part is due to non-working Fridge the sweet i had kept had so many ants which then made the night worse for sleeping.
One extra toast he charged AUD 3, Bottle water is about AUD 15,Dinner(being veg i asked for fried rice) it would have costed about AUD35-40
I booked it with 50% discount still i can say it was not worth the money at all. Overall very poor service and too costly food and no clean rooms , rethink your stay here!

Everything was perfect, the staff, food. Highly recommend having dinner sipping a cocktail or any drink watching the sunset, props to the chef for the amazing food :)

Friendly staff and great location just out of town which was more relaxing. Great dinning area right on the ocean was very beautiful.
There wasn’t anything not to like.

Such a gorgeous spot with your own private swim spot. love paddle boarding and snorkeling around the reef right there too. The staff were so friendly and always helpful. Vanessa makes brilliant cocktails and each morning was so special having breakfast over the water and watching sunsets from the restaurant. The chef did some really special dinners too. much better than any other food we had in town. Getting water taxis into town was not a bad price either. The rooms were always well cleaned and even with really heavy rain we were not uncomfortable.
The resort is a bit out of the centre of town which is nice and quiet but getting in and out of town via taxi when there was a cruise ship in town was almost impossible. nobody wanted to come. we just hired a car which is really cheap and had no problems.

located well out the way, had difficulty receiving a mode of transportation

The location (being out of busy town but close enough to catch a bus). Quiet and peaceful and clean. We The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived they made us feel special and welcome. They helped us organise car hire and ordered buses so we could get around. They made recommendations about where to eat and places to visit around the island. We spent most of our time reading under the tree on the beach looking at the ocean, which was pure bliss. The paddle board was fun when it was calm enough to use and they also had snorkelling gear available.
Lots of bugs (and a crab!) in the room. Got bitten by ants and moVery hot and hard to sleep at night as the air con didn't work. Things falling on the roof and birds at night were very noisy so I slept with earplugs in.
The reef right outside the resort was not so great for swimming and snorkelling but there are other spots to go for this.

The views were amazing
It wasn't as nice as expected. It needs a lot of maintenance. And there is not much to do there other than sit, eat and snorkel.

Great friendly staff and the manager's knowledge of the island and always available for a chat or providing any info needed. Great little getaway for couples as the resort is in a nice quiet part of the island. Also loved the little swimming area, things you rarely find around the island unless you go to a very expensive resort.
The property is badly in need of a renovation, signs of wear and tear all over the place, also the reception at the beach end of the place does not give good impression. I guess the manager made this decision because of the area where the reception was supposed to be is near collapse.
