Turkish tea, and sauna
Food was cold, they should focus on les choices for dinning but better quality and hot food. By my opinion. The Akbuk area is not developed for night walk and time to spend out.

The entertainment staff worked so hard.
Some of the food was tasty.
- hotel was over-booked and they tried to get us to stay in a nearby, cheaper, hotel
- booked adjoining rooms or next to/ opposite rooms - got two rooms on separate floors at opposite ends of the corridor. Hotel manager said she would sort within 2 days - she did not.
- our booked late check out wasn’t honoured
- Definitely NOT 5* in anyway - an ok 3* at best
- Communal areas including the poolside were dirty
- pool towels dirty and thread bare
- items stolen from poolside
- staff rude and prioritised home nation
- ice cream only available 3-5pm
- rooms not cleaned well and personal items touched and moved
- food same everyday
- restaurant not air conditioned, unorganised and oppressive
- very loud in the rooms, especially room on the end near to the generators!
- thoroughly disappointed!!!!

The food was over my expectation, tasty and even its not very large dishes, cover all kind of tastes, all time you could get something to eat.
Fish in every evening in a various forms, even sushi and berbeque every day.
The fruits was basic for half a week and after that you could find some peaches, cherries, apricots, strawberries, besides aple, watermelon, melon and pears, thats was very good.
Beach and pool restaurants offer fastfood ,hamgurgers, nuggets, pasta, snitzel
We received a room over our standard room (what we bought), and hotel manager change it when we had some problems with the initial room (with help from the booking assistant).
The beach pool its very nice for kids and parents too, if you arrived until 10.00 AM, otherwise you couldnt get sunbed in a shadow spot.
Beverages was mediocre, the juice machines half of time not working or got you just water.
The all kind of local beverages is not entirely true, when i ask for a coctail (nonalcoholic) bartenders like Serkan and Sema said a mix of juice thet already made it mean coctail (with many sorry they are not could be called bartenders) and for a alcoholic coctails some bartenders put a little vodka in a glass and said you could complet it the diference (by yourself) with some juice from the machines.
Majority of bartenders was rude, and makes sense to understand that it better for you to leave.
When i ask for one soda with lemon, one of the bartenders put the soda from the machines and said no lemon and motioned to go ...
The deserts was almost the same for one week all waste means mainly pudding in a various forms, i recomand the local deserts.
The cleaning in the room its very poor, in 7 nights just ones i got refill with shower gel and shampoo, and if you already have 1 bottle of water, you never get another one, even its just water and its free of charge. The towels was change when i drop on the floor.
The main location its over crowded, at 07.30 AM, all the sunbeds was full of towels and no people until next 2 or 3 hours.
The space (main location) is very small just around the main pool which full of sunbeds (3 rows) and some space in front of the stage.
The beach is a little bit far away from the beach restaurant and its just some little umbrella and sunbeds in a corner of a public beach.

Great value, very friendly staff
Could be a bit cleaner

Room was comfortable and quiet. We specifically asked for a quiet room in one of the back blocks and it was perfect. We thought the price was very reasonable for the facilities and dining included.
Lots of choice for buffet, just not suitable for pregnancy. Too much lukewarm food left out for the masses. We ate offsite for the entire trip.
Lots of families seemed to enjoy the choice!
Wouldn’t stay again for a business trip, but looked like it was very popular with Turkish families there for a relaxing all inclusive summer holiday.
