Lovely stay for my one night before flying out.

Very clean, nice staff, great amenities, airport shuttle.

Não recomendo o Hotel Hilton Malpensa para qualquer cliente

Localização

O apartamento tinha uma localização muito ruim, tinha que atravessar muitas portas até encontrá-lo. O ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido, quando abrimos a torneira do chuveiro a água do box inundou o quarto, e tivemos que colocar todas as roupas de volta na mala para irmos para uma outra dependência. O ar condicionado não funcionava, tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas. Em resumo, a nossa hospedagem experiência foi muito ruim e não recomendo o hotel para outros clientes do Booking.

Perfect for a short stay near the airport!

We appreciated the convenience of the hotel from the airport. Our room was clean and modern and the staff were mostly very kind.

We had dinner at the hotel, but were not satisfied with the quality of the food. Plus, the air conditioning in the restaurant was excessively strong the entire time.

Decent stay for a night before flying from MXP

Price was reasonable

- There was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival. - There was a big loud noisy group in the lobby and the hotel staff did not control the situation.

Номер грязный , пол весь в пыли, вид из номера на грязные трубы, на ресепшене работник был в очень плохом настроении

Un hôtel correct mais un peu simple

L'hôtel a été rénové mais les espaces communs sont surdimensionnés ce qui donne l'impression de vide et de froideur. Depuis l'autoroute, l'hôtel est assez pratique d'accès car assez proche. Les chambres sont calmes mais plutôt simples. (pas d'équipement type savon, cotons, etc.) Pas d'eau en bouteille non plus.

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas très varié, plutôt simple mais correct. Il faisait beaucoup trop froid dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, climatisée en dessous de 20°C.

Absolut mangelhaftes Hotel zu absolut überteuerten Preisen.

Sie ist nagelneu.

Der Fernseher ging nicht. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat sehr lange gedauert. Mind. 20 Minuten jeweils. Beim Frühstück gab es keine Milch für Latte Macchiato. Die Zimmer waren mit 25,8 Grad absolut überhitzt und man konnte es nicht herunterführen.

Ottimo hotel appena ristrutturato, ma poca attenzione ai dettagli

Gli arredamenti sono completamente nuovi, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni. Il parcheggio è gratuito. La pulizia è ottima.

Poca attenzione ai dettagli, essendo un 4 stelle. Per esempio, l'asciugacapelli fornito (molto apprezzato che non sia un semplice asciugacapelli da muro come in molti hotel) aveva una spina schuko, ma in bagno non era presente nessuna presa di corrente adatta, l'unica della camera era vicino al televisore in una posizione scomoda per asciugarsi i capelli.

Accoglienza attenta e precisa, Matteo del ricevimento è stato molto cordiale. Ottima la soluzione Shop/Pantry, ampia scelta di bevande e snacks. Cena deliziosa, colazione a buffett ricca.

Good basic hotel for one night stay on the way to the Airport

Would have been good to know prior to our evening arrival that the restaurant was closed.

Poor

We been before there and we choose to go back because the location is really good is you want to stay close to the airport.

Is precarious after the pandemic, the breakfast is not good anymore(to be included), the quality of the products in the room is very bad, we arrived 1am and we have to ask for towels and toilet paper because there is none in the room. We ask for a plate and knife so we could eat in the room, they said it was not possible to get it. Evening staff not really proactive. The air com we cant control by yourself so it was really cold they suggest to open the windows after we couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes.

No-fuss accommodation near the airport.

No-fuss accommodation near the airport. Very late arrival after delayed flight. Welcoming and efficient night-staff. Just what you need at 3am with two kids.

We needed a three-bed room and unfortunately I got the truckle bed which was a little rickety and rather squeaky. The kids thought it was funny though. We skipped the overpriced breakfast, which for three people would have added a third of the cost of the room again.
