Relaxing

A wide variety, however, the local cuisine was seemingly catering to the international taste buds. I think it should not be so.

There is always room for improvement, i.e. striving to maintain the good service already being provided.

Prepared to be spoiled.

Excellent views and facilities. Almost everything under one roof. Pool, gyms, suya spots, banking and shopping. Nightclubs. And nice bukka( with locdl and international cuisine ) nice.

Too much honking outside, with gun trotting soldiers outside. Just a bit too much

I enjoyed every bit of my stay at The Transcorp Abuja

Property was centrally located. Staff members were very kind and helpful. A lady named Ifeoma checked me in and she was so lovely. Overall I had a great experience with the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. I was especially impressed with the staff.

Staff was always excellent. Breakfast was mostly ok.

Shower pressure was sometimes low and the facility is showing its age (no one's fault).

Decent hotel for business trip

The staff were super lovely and helpful. The location is very convenient and has easy access to popular locals.

The main issue was that we booked airport transfer and it was my first time in Nigeria. However, for some reason the hotel did not book the airport transfer, even though I had filled out the form well in advance. The manager in charge during our check-in was supposed to get back to me as to why this issue occurred, but no follow up was made which is very disappointing.

Transcorp has had a good reputation, but I'm afraid more maintenance need to be done and is not as clean as i expected it to be.

The carpets in those rooms need to be replaced removed or cleaned and dry on time

The room carpets were the dream killer wet and smelly, the rest was excellent.

I enjoyed the place so much I didn’t want to leave! This is my go to home when in Abuja.

It was ok

They should not have charged me for the delay I had with the airline in arrival.I was supposed to check in on the 15th but due to the delay with Airfrance I arrived on the 16th, even though I called the hotel to notify them, they still charged me full amount for the 15th that I wasn't there.I think that was very unfair

Spacious room, comfortable bed, super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in , check out process, it's a complex with many restaurants and bars, overall very good experience I will stay there again

Don't know if I missed something but there's no room service available, could not get the TV working, shower curtain was dirty, no shower gel throughout my stay ( forgot to ask for some as well)

My stay was awesome. Very secure and not noisy. Will definitely visit again.

The breakfast was of any 5 star hotel in the world. The location is ok though on a very busy day you come across delays.

The fact that there was no breakfast included.

Unfortunately hospitality in Nigeria is far beyond international standards although rates are extrem

Breakfast Resturant is not accommodated to serve large numbers, I wait for almost 20min to have my omelette ready where I already ended my breakfast, when I commented , every one says sorry without action !

My stay overall was fantastic!

The location was superb! I only had breakfast on 3 days, and I think it can be improved- The coffee was served warm (perhaps it's the number of guests?) I found the Staff exceptional, extremely helpful.

The coffee at breakfast and to a degree, the bustle of the place- It seemed extremely busy and that was a little overwhelming
