This is not a hotel. It is more like airbnb. I only found out that this was an apartment when I got there. Once the surprise was over, I liked it.
The apartment is not easy to reach. You need to take an elevator to the roof top, then walk over to another part of the building. It's complicated, but you can get used to it. If you have difficulty walking or climbing stairs you better not stay here.

Fabulous , historic , spacious, beautiful, center of town. Loved it !
Only the showers. A shower curtain would have helped upstairs and a better shower head downstairs but we managed fine anyway.

This property is quite simply breathtaking, an original Palladian palazzo in the heart of the city, the building was exquisite, the decor lovely and very in keeping and the most impressively grand entrance way too! I cannot recommend this place enough. Francesca was so helpful throughout our stay, which was great value too.
It was well equipped with everything needed for self catering so we organised our own breakfast. Truly this place exceeded our expectations! So much to see and do in Vincenza particularly if you like art, architecture and culture.
We should have pre-booked restaurants as some are closed on Mondays (but that was out fault and not the venue!)

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful Villa built by Andrea Palladio. This was the reason for our trip, so we had luck to stay in this beautiful place. The owner was very kind and helpful, she even helped us in an unexpected situation (Italian train was late and so we needed one more bed). It is in the middle of the Town, everything very nice, big entrance, big door, big corridor. The apartment has 2 floors, so, you go down to take shower and sleep. Thanks for everything, very friendly and nice.
The only one thing that I would say: I suppose that there is a bar under the building. Normally we don't use air conditioning and we tried to sleep with open windows... This is not a good idea and for the next time I will close it :-)

Great location and fantastic architecture - how could anyone not want to stay in a Palladian palazzo

It was extraordinary to stay in a palazzo with such history in the centre of the city. I appreciated all of the architectural drawings, the elegance of the building, the gorgeous courtyard, and that good espresso was provided in the kitchen! My favourite part was being able to rent a bike (on site) for the day or a half day, and tour Palladian villas in the area.
I was surprised to learn that the bedroom was located directly over the street, and across from a little bar. This liveliness can be fun however, for the guest wants a quiet(er) stay, this might not be ideal. The soundproofing window helps a lot and you are in a wonderful part of the city.

convenience, style and comfort in historic Palazzo
interior of apartment a lot more modest than magnificent exterior. some noise from neighbouring restaurants from 9 to 11pm

I stayed in an apartment in a historical palazzo and appreciated the extra space, generous provision of supplies and the owner's willingness to help out with logistics (taxis etc).
Old-fashioned hand-held nozzle in a curtainless bath-tub.

Location in centre is great, staying in a building of Palladio is a nice experience. Francesca told us about the history. Possibility to rent a bike and go to la Rotonda and other palaces in the neighborhood. We loved it and hope te come back, there is so much to see!
There is only a bath and no shower curtain. It is good to know for elderly?
4.5
Historical building and center of city. We will back again.

We loved the apartment. Great location, comfortable and very clean. Would strongly recommend.
There was only a shower inside the bath, and no oven or microwave to the kitchen.
4.5
The historic location of the palazzo.
The informal but efficient welcome from Francesca.
Nothing.

It was amazing - such a great experience to stay and sleep in this palazzo!
It is placed in the city center, so everything is in walking distance. And thanks for the message we received before on where to park the car best.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need.
We fell in love with the palazzo, and Vicenza as a city!

Our host was amazing. She explained the history of the building and helped us with settling in, where to go and made us feel very welcome. We will return for a visit in December. The suite was very comfortable and elegant. The location is amazing and the Palladio building is fabulous. Antony

Francesca was very helpful and welcoming. The check-in process was very easy and the location was amazing. The building is very special and the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette that has everything you need. We accidentally made a mistake when booking, and Francesca kindly offered to help and let us stay for another night at very short notice. It was an authentic experience of Vicenza. Highly recommended!

historical palladian palazzo.
perfect stay.

Beautiful, spacious and central.
Bathrooms a little basic but unsurprising in historic building.
4.5
Amazing historic palazzo in the heart of the stunning pedestrian -only city center.
About a 200 meter walk from parking to property...not bad if you plan ahead with rolling luggage.
4.5
The host wasn't there on our arrival day, but she left the keys to somebody in a shop, so it's easy to get the keys.
The description of how to reach my apartment can be clearer, for example, remove the redundancy, just tell us which floor and the name of the room would be sufficient. Or, provide a photo of the door to our room.
4.5
Great atmosphere and connection to history. Very spacious, clean and perfect location in city center. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom.
The quality of the wifi was quite bad and the connection was unreliable. The range of the wifi didn’t reach through the appartement.
It would be great if there was a microwave oven in the kitchen.
Few electric outlets/sockets.

The location was superb in this city of superb experiences. It was amazing to stay in a Palladian villa and to meet a descendant of the family for whom it was built. There were 6 of us altogether in three rooms and the rooms were plenty big enough to have a communal meal one night, because there were little kitchens in each suite.
There was really no breakfast there, although Francesca did provide juice and milk and coffee. Also, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo, because they were not provided.

an interesting historical building designed by Palladio.
kitchen very small without drawing facilities for washing dishes.
4.5
There was cooking facilities so we made our own breakfast but it would have been great if there was Nespresso machine. We had an apartment for a family of 5. It was spacious, simple and clean.
Having two floors for us was not that convenient. It's a good place for a family with children.
4.5
But wonderful to be in a Palladian palace, close to everything
The room was about hot
