Poor breakfast sad looking chef, needs to find new job, second rate will not win any awards for breakfast.

Air con , tea coffee in room, beds made, towels changed, soap and shampoo in bathrooms.

A very Nice stay with everything close by. Would stay again. Hope they can get over covid.

Due to covid, the restaurant had not reopened. This is not a big problem as there are many places close by with great variations of dishes.

Would have been good to have had coffee/tea making facilities in the room but nothing was available.

Great place to stay in Hua Hin.

Lovely big room with a balcony. The whole hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and really helpful. Beautiful pool area considering it's in a city. Beach only a 2 minute walk and plenty of eating places nearby. We walked to the night Market in about 15 mins. Cicada and Tamarind Markets also well worth a visit but take the green public transport van. Would stay again.

Disappointing

Staff is really great and helpful! Location is great,close to street with many cafes and stores.

I lived on sunny side,it was constantly hot in room. If you turn on a/c it will blow a directly at you when you lying on bed, that is not very healthy. Bed was not too comfortable too, mixed with room hot temperature every night of sleep was quite a challenge.

A super value for the price point. Professional staff and great facilities.

A Krungsi chip card should be perfectly acceptable anywhere in Thailand. Alas, this is is a problem with the banking and finacial sector, not businesses that support them. Kind regards
