Good hotel

Location is really awesome You are allowed to make coffee any time Room was clean and big enough

1) At the end I could NOT pay with euro (it was written in the offer from site) I had to find an exchange point 2) They do NOT provide any kits (shaving, toothbrush) (free toiletries was also written on the site) 3) Breakfast is just good but every day the same

Placed very close to Zemun center and right beside the river Donau is a relaxed and pleasant stay no challenge. The staff is quick solving upcoming issues.

The traffic in front of the hotel is a bit noisy.

The hotel has good location and you will find a lot of good restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast provided was also good. Also the bed in the room is comfortable. If you're lucky you might get a room with a view over the river.

The hotel does not provide the necessary information to the guests and the facilities are worn out. For instance we were not told that we need to turn the heater on by ourselves in order to have warm water in the shower. That is completely unacceptable, because when we make a hotel reservation upfront, it is the hotel's obligation to prepare the room for the guests, which involves heating on the water. Moreover, the soap pump in the bathroom was not working. Though we immediately reported that to the reception, the person there did not even try to resolve the issue. The view from the room was terrible, it looked directly in the window of the opposite building giving no light to the room. The internet connection was not stable at all.

A lot of unfulfilled potential

Friendly staff, good location, overall good breakfast

No soundproofing in the room, stained bedsheets, dirty walls, noisy fridge, symbolic curtains, insects in the reception area, undrinkable juice for the breakfast, rooms need urgent refurbishment.

Perfect for a short stay close to the river

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were very nice and polite and big animal lovers. We stayed with our dog who also loved it. He was given so much love and was excited everytime we would pass next to the reception. The location is great, close to the river and many different bars and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, fresh and delicious.

Some furniture is a bit outdated but that was not a problem for us. Also, it was a but challenging to hang towels in the bathroom as there were no hooks or hangers.

Airport shuttle was not mentioning the price so I thought it was free but they charged me a way too high. i won't recommend it at all

Budget accommodation, good breakfast, great location, problematic parking.

Breakfast is very good. Rooms somewhat basic and a bit worn out. Location is superb!

No elevator and it can be tricky to find a parking spot nearby.
