Location of the hostel, which is between the park and the city center. Nice coffeeshop next door.
The private room is next to the kitchen and looks out into the garden. If you don't lower the curtain, you don't have privacy. The hostel was quite empty. I was hoping for social interaction with other travelers as I am a solo traveler. I spent most of my time at Gorilla Hostel for the social activities and meeting new people.

Juan Pablo made Assado in the evening for the guests. It was a real authentic and great experience.
Looks in reality a bit older than on the pictures.

Very nice and well equipped hostel with the nicest staff I've ever met. Located only a few steps away from the main street of Mendoza.

Great location, very central, close to bars, restaurants and bus links.. Staff really friendly for booking tours. Clean. Good sized clean room.
Not overly soundproof. The internal open air courtyard of the hostel is open till 1am. This means there can be noise travelling late at night. If your room is looking over the courtyard you will definitely hear it.

Great location, near the bohemian street of Mendoza and close to both the main square and Parque San Martin. The staff is amazing and always ready to help.

Great location. Friendly staff.
Lack of convenient outlets to charge your tech. Some of the other travelers were quite disrespectful of people’s space and belongings. The place is pretty worn down. Breakfast is really basic and takes a long time to get served.

The staff was really helpful and nice!
The crowd at the hostel was also pretty nice, good vibes overall.
The breakfast is not as terrible as everyone says: the bread is delicious (and I'm French ahah), it's real coffee and there are fruits!
The bathroom was really really dirty and the beds quite uncomfortable.
The female dorm is at the entrance so on top of hearing absolutely everything, big Windows show also directly on the street (like it's à shopping window). However, if I understood properly, people outside couldn't see inside.
Top bunk bed: you cannot even sit because the ceiling is quite low.

The location is great. .
The breakfast was really poor, just a bread or a couple of toast and coffee. If you want more you have to pay extra. Also, you have to put your own sheets, a rule that I've never seen before in a hostel. The facilities look kind of neglected. I think there are better places to stay which also are in a great location.

staff made the property well chosen by the owner
good local and national knowledge from where to get good carne to best pubs most of all friendly that you will understand if you have been to a five star hotel with pompous unfriendly staff
nothing negative worth mentioning

Beds very comfortable and they have a nice breakfast with bread, coffee and fruits. Staff was super friendly and recommended me a lot of nice places!! Really nice I extended from 2 to 5 nights. And nice that they have a dog running around there!
The showers definitely need to be renewed
