Egyptian Mr Bean is the best, nice retreat-ish in Hurghada

Attractive hotel internally. Staff believe they do their best even when they don't always. At least attempts to resolve issues. Some nice university educated Muslim women who work there, makes a change from only seeing Egyptian men staff. Nice cola flavoured sweets. They can organise you on trips & some were excellent value for money like Dolphin house for 15-18 euro! (Depending on the season, the price) Loved the room asides the chairs which could not be used. Balcony with chairs is super fab & fitted my absolutely huge SUP inflated! Pool is actually a really great size I like the staff even though the men there are slightly bonkers. My favourite is Egyptian Mr Bean. You will guess who immediately & he makes me smile, a sweet man!

Unfortunately I did during later extended parts ofmy stay suffer some political persecution by staff paid by my enemies a Royal UAE family. Some was noises to intimidate me, wake me, sleep deprivation tactics but also few other things such as blood poured into on of my cordial bottle in my fridge which obviously afterdrinking a touch & feeling very sick & recognising the iron full blood taste I had to throw that all away, another drink burnt my throat. Some bad things were done to me in these ways so I could not leave anything in the fridge if I was not there. Chairs in room not only broken but dangerous. No bowl, need a bowl. Massive gaps round door brings heat, cockroaches, spiders, mosquitos & hoards of ants & worst lets in all noise from the music that they Unfortunately inappropriately play after pool is closed when there is no bar: that is an absolute no no & I did not tell them i grew up as daughter of a Leisure & tourism expert! They should absolutely limit all music to no later then 1900pm. They needed to resolve this insulation round doors. This would make a lot of people go back. Its also needed for privacy seriously & even more so for Islamic couples & so don't know why this is not done???!

The hotel is cute, the staff is nice but the bathrooms were very dirty and the towels had stains on them

Fantastic sums it up just got home from our third visit won’t go any were else hotel clean staff treat you like family could not do enough for us great pool and pool area we will be back

My Hurghada Diving

Staff extremely polite and welcoming. All clean and good. Everything just perfect as I had wished. This was my 3rd time staying there. 👌👌😃

Disappointment

Pool is not clean for swim. Ants in the kettle, And ı prefer rest at the red sea with sunbathing to terrible second time atv tour on my last day. I join this tour because of sand surfing , which is 3 person told me yes they are making in this tour and it was written on the broschure. Guess what are they not doing .

A very cost-effective hotel. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with luggage and change to a better room. The hotel environment is great, there is a swimming pool, cute kittens, and it is very quiet at night. Highly recommended

Muy confortable

Es un hotel con excelente relación calidad precio, bien ubicado, las habitaciones bastante cómodas, aunque en la nuestra el frigobar no funcionaba, por todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones tienen una linda vista a la piscina y las camas son muy cómodas. También tuvieron la cortesía de dejarnos hacer early check in ya que llegamos bastante temprano, sin necesidad de pagar un adicional.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix! L’hôtel est tres bien placé pour visiter Hurghada et le personnel était au petit soin ( merci encore à Mustafa pour les galères de dernières minutes). Je recommande!

Best value for money in town!

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and professional, special thanks to Mrs. Sara and Mr. Mahmoud. The room was comfortable and the venue's central location is exceptional. Highly recommended!

You can add more room service upon request like providing clean towels everyday or bringing coffee and water to the room. Also fix the landline to assist with contacting the room service.

The place was very dirty from the beginning. When we first arrived the floor was full of footprints and hair, chairs were full of dirt and broken, the fridge was missing a leg, the bathroom was full of hairs, the litter had mould on the bottom, the aircon was leaking all the time, the beach loungers in the pool were all dirty as well... But the worst thing of all was the mattress smelling like cat pee. I asked for new sheets (2 hours for them and 3 calls later) because I thought they were smelling but when I took them off I saw a pee stain on the mattress. I called them and requested to change the mattress but no apology or anything. I also asked them to clean the room the day after we arrived and they told me they don't clean the room unless you are in the room for security reasons. That's absurd because we have stayed 15 days in Egypt and no one told us that. I asked them to do it because I didn't mind and they told us No. Amazing They don't speak much English also

Amazing staff

Located in downtown, near to anything you’ll need. The people at reception are genuinely amazing.Galal made my trip in Hurghada 10 times more enjoyable. Rachma and Amer are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Superb

Very clean and tidy room. Zak inn is in a great location and close to private beaches and city centre. The staff are very professional , helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot to Sarah who helped us with our reservation , she is really passionate about her job and has such a cheerful and positive attitude. Keep it up :)

Uniqe hotel with family caring

This hotel is unique and an insider tip, right in the city center of Hurghada where everything is within walking distance to the left and right, the beach is not far across the street, there is a German café where you can have a wonderful breakfast, and restaurants are everywhere nearby. the family atmosphere is very special. the rooms are cleaned very clean every day just perfect and immaculately clean the pool is also wonderful every day the staff takes care that the pool is always immaculately clean the rooms are cute and the showers are perfect nice big and clean. The hotel staff they are all absolutely adorable and super helpful always give insider tips and help 24/7 no matter what concerns you have they are always there. actually like a family. when I hurt my finger, magdi (room cleaning) ran straight to the pharmacy and bought me bandages and disinfection without my having ordered it, I was really excited. The hotel manager Karem also took great care of all the guests and the staff even organized a birthday cake for a guest who was there alone and had a birthday. I thought that was super super super sweet. I've never experienced anything like that before, big compliments to you Sahra, Rahma, amruand and Kareem (manager). I recommend this hotel 100% and would love to come back and look forward to seeing you soon

Peaceful, relaxing hotel despite being so close to the main road Nice helpful staff. Very close to banks and a great supermarket

As the hotel doesn't provide any food it would be nice to have some plates and cutlery so you can eat things you bring back with you

Fantastic location for convenience. Very price competitive. Simple. Easy to find. Central pool. No hassle. Staff pleasant. Close to good supermarket and all of Sheraton Street venues and beach resorts.

No top sheet, and blankets unlaundered - if I stayed again I'd insist that rectified. Tired interior paintwork. Television provided without access to guide, so unusable. A bottle of water in the fridge for guest convenience is suggested.
