This five nights stay was an unforgettable exceptional experience that we will surely renew soon.

The hotel is simply superb. Extremely well divided, very well located with a comfortable balcony and a real beachfront view in all of the rooms, cleanliness much above the highest expectations (two exchanges of towels and bathroom complements per day), the best bed and feather pillows somebody would expect, a superb breakfast both in the club lounge and the restaurant, a pristine swimming pool with a bar full of promotions for non-alcohol and alcoholic drinks, an outstanding beach with perfect temperature and excellent beach structure with prompt and complete service and security, and one of the most professional and genuinely pleasant staff we have ever experienced in a big city five-star international hotel.

For the first time in our lives, we have no improvement opportunities to list! After directly relating with three of the duty managers in completely different situations, we can affirm that the InterContinental Hotel is prepared to keep on the leadership in Nha Trang for many years ahead.

I will never stay anywhere else again when in NhaTrang

This is a beautiful property with very high-end amenities. The service rendered by the staff and their friendliness while doing so was outstanding! You felt genuinely welcome by everyone there. The room was beautiful, spacious and was serviced twice a day. The spa was wonderful and the Breakfast Buffet outstanding. I travel internationally frequently and have been to Nha Trang a number of times. This is my new go-to location in NhaTrang. No reason to ever stay anywhere else again.

A highly memorable stay at a truly five star hotel

Amazing location, wonderful, warm, friendly and helpful staff and a brilliant breakfast with huge choice and very good quality food on offer. An excellent hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the region.

Magnificent. Friendly fun loving staff and amazing ability to adapt to all situations.

The magnificent staff and the magnitude of the hotel was incredible. I particularly liked the steam room facility and the close access to Nha Trang Beach. The staff are incredible: Mr. Thai Lee, Ms. Yen Dang (amazing ambassadors) Huy (very impressive person) Chin (great trainee), Mi (extremely lovely lady)Thanh (nice man), Quay, Quayjen, Vet, Thien, Vu, Nam (legend) Thau, Anh, Mi, Thàng, Goang, Thuong, Tuan, Phuong,Tran, Uyen nice lady Nha, Chau, Coy (bro), Thu, Cao (good trainee), Lahn, Lihn & Giang, Nhung & Nhu, Vy (very nice ladies) just to name a few ;). Overall was extremely impressed with the immaculate service, style and sleek nature.

Room service food could be better. Also the steam room isn’t open in the mornings.

lovely stay, would recommend, and would stay again. Made us consider other intercontinental

The hotel was very nice clean, plenty of space to sit and have a drink to wait around if you're waiting for others. the rooms were a very good size. Hotel was opposite the beach and they had someone to help you cross which was amazing as the roads were very busy and coming from England a little scary to cross. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of food both for us and the kids, also they were very good in letting us take our drinks away with us.

this would be nit picking now, but we arrived very early due to the transport and they had no rooms left that we could take just for the morning and check out again, as we waited for our room to check in, the lounge area was great as we waited for places to open up so we could go out, however the staff looking after the lounge kept and eye on us and was cleaning the same mirror with one eye on us while we sat and waited for the entire time we were there. it felt very uncomfortable, yet she never approached us with a menu or asked us if we needed anything yet as soon as another person all nicely dressed sat down she was very attentive, and taking there order straight away, I mean we looked a little worst for ware, with two small children and we have been traveling since 6pm the day before and this was 7am the next day.

Exceptional

Everything about the stay was exceptional. One of our party needed extra care as she had a broken leg and the staff did absolutely everything in their power to make our stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. Could not recommend more. Will definitely be back!! It was like a 5 star second home for 6 nights. Loved it.

Our room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Staff were so willing to help and in abundance but most of the time things get lost in translation and as a result I saw a lot of wasted food and drink on incorrect orders including our own which is not good to see.

Wish the beach area was more comfortable and the gym had better AC. Would’ve been good if the restaurant was fully opened as advertised in the evening.

We were very happy, and felt VIP with the service. We will come back.

All staff are very nice and very polite, more than my expectations, that's worth for what we paid to stay. I think not many hotels have this type of staff, every staff was greeting us when we are walking through, that make us feel VIP. Breakfast and dinner were good, but seafood were not very fresh.

The toilet overflowed with water on the floor. The light was not on.
