Nice room, hotel needs to be renovated.

Recommend the one bedroom villa, was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic

Property is very old. Doesn’t look at all like the pictures you see here. Everything is run down and not taken care of. This property has so much potential but was very disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, nor is the pool bar. One time we ordered salmon by the pool and got what felt like a 3 week old piece of fish that tasted horrible. When sending it back we were told it could not be refunded and we had to either pay for it or order something and the same price. Which is a bit ridiculous given that we’re served a rotten fish. The gym as well was not included, we were asked to pay for the day if we wanted to use the facilities. It is absurd for a hotel to charge guests to use the gym in my opinion. To sum up, only stay here if you need the location to be near the center. Would not recommend otherwise.

Loved the location, short stroll to the party side in one direction and all shopping in the other. Pool was perfect temp

Right in middle of everything. Party to the right, shops to the left, but not overly noisy.

Beds were super hard, there was some mould in showers and property a bit tired but ok for money. Not enough sun loungers Togo around and people just leaving towels on them and not using. Grass is dead in centre lawn makes it feel tired/old. Don’t get the travel breakfast it’s not crash hot.

Very filthy room (mouldy and damp), uncomfortable bed, no reception phone in room, bugs in the room and very dated facilities.

Great location.

Overpriced for what you get. Bed sheets were like worn, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Was bitten by insects through the night, even with doors being closed.

Lovely stay on Koh Phi Phi

We had a really lovely stay at PP Princess. The location of the resort is great, beautiful views of the sea and surrounding landscapes, close to everything in the town without being too noisy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice, and we enjoyed our breakfast on the beach every morning. The pool and bar is also a lovely place to relax with nice views and a happy hour which we loved. It was also very easy to organise trips, ferries and any other activities to explore the island. I would recommend to anyone staying on Phi Phi!

Can’t think of anything, we really enjoyed our stay and it was super convenient.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The pool was fantastic with great music and happy hour. Easily accessible to the beach and walking streets. The bass from the party beach can be heard but nothing that interfered with our sleep, or our 3-year-old. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had while travelling. Great selection and the bacon was crispy! 👌🏼 Special mention to Ben who worked in the breakfast area and made a special effort to help our son get his breakfast from the buffet every day. It allowed us to sit and enjoy our breakfast - small wins make a big difference!

Amazing resort very well located.

Oh I loved PP princess. The staff was very friendly and we really loved our cabana. Everything was perfect, including delicious breakfast in a beautiful beach area. The location was amazing, very close to shops, restaurants and 5 min from the pier. There is a little noise during the night because of the bars in the area but it didn't bother us. I can't say anything about the pool party that happens in the resort because I wasn't there during the weekend.

They should provide more beach chairs around the pool. There's an area between the pool and the beach that needs improvement. Maybe the pool parties are destroying it. It didn't seem nice and comfortable to sit there.

Great stay to visit Phi Phi for partying

The location and the infinity pool - two main reasons to stay there!

The rooms are unfortunately not well kept, cleaning is probably not their first priority. That said, i would still go back as the location and the infinity pool compensates it a lot.

Be aware

The shared pool room was really nice. View to PhiPhi was gorgeous. Access to shops and restaurants was great.

Bed was rock hard, the room was right next to a hostel and bar. Music till early hours of the morning. The view was hindered by public urinating on the grounds in front of us. We were only told our room was subjected to loud noise upon check in and given the option to check out. Which then meant we were limited for accommodation options on our honeymoon with such short notice. Room was a bit overpriced for what was experienced.

Run-down hotel, broken facilities, bed as hard as a rock, urinal in the bathroom that emits a terrible smell, dirty pool, guests smoking in the pool without interruption, run-down lobby with toilets that close at six in the evening, we booked 3 nights, left after 1 night.

Perfect stay!

Loved the location and the private pool room. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom was all the way upstairs and was small. Housekeeping could have been better.

nothing from this terrible place

everything very dirty smells bad bed hard like a stone a lot of bugs stuff unpleasant no towels and toilet paper we got used flip flops tv half broken noisy until 2am at least from the street worst breakfast ever we took two nights and ran away after one night to other hotel (the great saii) especially not recommended for couples

the location was great, breakfast was fine , great beach and pool

the room was very dirty , hair of people that were before us was on the floor of the bathroom, sink was dirty, it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel,maximuum 2-3 stars.

I left a day before the original plan, the stay at the hotel is not pleasant

A large and spacious room

To get hot water, you have to turn on the air conditioner first, and yet there was no hot water. To lock the room when you leave, you have to take the master key and then it is not possible to leave the air conditioner on. In the evening there is no lighting outside, and the whole place is dark. There is no phone in the room, so it is not possible to call reception. The restaurant's food is low level, arrived cold and not cooked properly. There are many things to improve in this hotel
