Rezeption erst ab 17 Uhr besetzt. Elektronischer Zugang funktionierte nicht. Mussten 2 Stunden warten zum einchecken. Teppichboden im Flur hat schlecht gerochen, zog sich bis in das Zimmer. Kleine Kopfkissen, kleine Badetücher.

Good value convenient for the airfield

Efficient check in using a touch screen and credit card receipt gives the code to the room. The next morning we asked for additional pillows and they were there in the evening The breakfast served delicious croissants and bread amongst other things. The orange juice and coffee were excellent

good stay despite the difficult circumstances

the hotel was well situated, close to the motorway but quiet.

It was in the middle of a big refurbishment and didn’t look opened to start with, but the receptionist/gérante(?) was very helpful and very cheerful despite the difficulties of the situation. We got a room that was comfortable but was obviously still missing some furnishings as no mirrors, no extra pillow, no hairdryer, but it was fine. They managed to provide a full breakfast in very difficult circumstances. Well done!!

I liked the staff at the check-in, the size of the room was fine and the bed comfortable.

I did not like the persistent smell in the room, I´m not sure if it was old smell of tobacco or from the heating machine

Too uncomfortable to sleep so pointless to stay.

Location good and restaurant next door excellent

It was so hot in the room. The air con unit was sending out hot air even when turned off at the wall or set to cool. 4am was hanging out of the window trying to cool. Could not sleep with window open as next to busy road and lorries going past so too noisy. Got up on chair try to find another way to turn off vent but it was hard wired to wall. Went to reception for help but no-one around. Only phone to call help was outside and I didn’t want to risk getting locked out with my child alone in the room. Explained all to staff at breakfast but they just shrugged shoulders and said “ok”. No apology. Barely slept at all.

Clean room. Shower larger than usual in this type of hotel. Two restaurants nearby but Chinese buffet is more expensive than normal.

No plates at breakfast, for cooked food.

Conveniently placed just off the motorway. Although we didn't hear any traffic noise when in our room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bonus 10% discount at the amazing all you can eat Chinese restaurant across the road.

OK, but not a fan of check in machines

Standard B&B hotel.

Had to use the self check in machine. Not impressed having to pay with credit card outdoors, and having to take photos of room codes as print function on machine not working. For the price, I expect real staff. Will be avoiding this chain in future.

Convenient room for a short stay/a stopover

Convenient simple room for a one-night stay. Few minutes driving from Paray-le-Monial.

No facilities at all (iron board, hairdryer etc…).

A comfortable hotel for a short stay, a restaurant next door, close to many attractions.

First time using this chain and it was ideal for a couple of nights. The breakfast was a very good spread. As a bonus there was a very good restaurant next door.

It appeared to be all favourable

Highway is audible through the closed window. Neighbouring tenants can be heard. Bed shakes when the neighbouring door gets closed.

Perfect for a night of rest when on the road

- big, confortable bed - really really close to the national road - late and easy check-in (2AM) - safe parking - simple but functional bathroom and room - possibility to have breakfast - quiet room, if the window is closed

- You can’t really have the windows open, because it’s really noisy outside, from the cars - I didn’t know exactly if we had to do a check-out or not. I think a picture with “no checkout”would be useful. (Not a complaint, just a recommendation)

Hôtel a long way from town, you definitely need to have your booking reference as there may be no one in reception and you only get in by keying your ref in - and paying - before the door opens
