It was okay, but probably won't come back.

The big pool and the beach.

The rooms are dirty, full of dust, no floor mats, and rusty or damaged door locks. Buffet breakfast can still be improved.

The pool that's very near the beach and the fire dance program

Cant bring own food in the hotel, but not enough choice of food to buy. No internet inside room, no fruit juices and drinks to quench guests in a hot weather, menu list are limited in just 2 kinds of restos to choose from, hotel restaurant is unhygienic with bad service staff, food served in buffet breakfast are preserved and the rooms we stayed in seemed old and not maintained.

Just ok. Room given to us was very far and i had a kid and elderly with me.

Pool is ok. Facilities are mid. Service takes a while.. a long while..

huge pool and nice beachfront

we waited 3 hours before they gave us our room. all guests were complaining during that day. old door locks, we cant open our doors, need to go to front desk to change/activate our keycards

The hotel service is bad he manger let us wait for so long in the lobby.

I waited so long before they admitted us in the hotel even though we have confirmed booking. The room was so dim dark, the service is poor and the person at the reception does not attended as well. The worst thing is the air conditioning unit doesn't work despite repeated request to have it fix.

Due to poor management, our time at the resort was significantly shortened. Despite our scheduled check-in time of 3:00

Compared to other beach resorts in Batangas, Canyon Cove stands out as a great option to visit due to its spacious facilities, numerous food options, and even mini events that take place during visits.

In my opinion, the resort suffers from inadequate management and could greatly benefit from hiring a more experienced General Manager. During our visit on Holy Week, the resort was naturally crowded, but the staff was not properly trained to manage the long lines in the lobby area. This has been a recurring issue during my visits, indicating a lack of proper training for the staff and ultimately reflecting on the General Manager's inadequate management skills.

rooms dingy and needs updating bathroom needs upgrading staff were not friendly they seem to be all sad and frustrated not greeting or smiling only a handful and no wifi in rooms we have to go to lobby for it and its not really good

The beach with swimming pool and location.

Some rooms utilities not working properly or not working at all (tv cable, hot water and bathroom choked drainage. I book 8 rooms, first they gave me 4 and the other rooms by installment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com takes times to verify, why?

AWESOME POOL AND BEACH AMBIENCE! INTERIOR/EXTERIOR ARE PERFECT!

We stayed here 5 days after the Taal Volcano Eruption. So, when we got there, guests were only lime 5 families, and we almost made it as our "private resort". 🤣 Frontdesk personnel was very accommodating to our questions and concerns like their safe/emergency protocols just in case Taal erupts again. We never expected our room to be that BIG! WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN BECAUSE OF OUR ROOM :) ...its design is very traditional/old but still class. DEFINITELY WE WILL BE BACK

Our concerns in our room were the ff: MOSQUITOES, AND NOT ENOUGH KITCHEN STUFFS / HOUSEWARES. But the hotel was very generous to provise our needs.. FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET. They food choices were limited ..maybe because of the small number of guests during our stay.
