disappointing

location was ok, quiet area.staff were friendly.

shower very mouldy, microwave was broken, very few cooking utensils. door key kept faulting. gym bike broken. gym tv didn't work. pillows were very poor. very poorly maintained.

A basic, clean, comfortable stay. But too expensive for what it provides.

The bath! So comfortable!

No milk provided for tea. Parking area was quite dirty. Hotel room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke.

Good and affordable accommodation in the Hills District of Sydney.

Proximity to public transport (we did not have a car, but bus stop is walking distance from the hotel). Quiet. Good hot water. Comfy bed.

Being locked out of our room for approx 20+ mins when we returned around 9.45pm after a long day out. (The keycard wouldn't unlock the door. Eventually a very helpful staff member arrived to reprogram the card). The sign on the road needs to be bigger, and better illuminated at night, especially as the hotel is hidden away in an industrial/warehousing complex. The fridge door wouldn't close due to the build up of ice. Rectified on reporting.

Convenient but very poor. Looking elsewhere next time

Not much. Easy parking

Paid for breakfast on the booking site and there isn’t any. Found empty beer bottles shoved down beside the lounge while looking for the tv remote that didn’t exist.. The whole place is in poor condition.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location worked well for my business trip.

Good amount of parking

Man at reception had terrible odour. Reception wasn’t always available. Room was not clean. It was very outdated. The carpet was old and dirty. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned well enough for the cost of the room. Finger prints everywhere. Smell in the room. It should not be rated 4 star at all.

Suited us for our trip however we won’t rebook this hotel when we next return

Location is central and good for where we wanted to go in Castle Hill

Very tired and needs an uplift. The couches were stained and old and the room felt dirty. There is also only 1 lift which is incredibly slow.

Value for money

Staff friendly. Super clean. Free underground parking. Relatively quiet location.

Pillows were not great. Their was no doona and the quilt (it was more like a quilt cover) was really thin - we were freezing. Tiny bathroom - door didn’t fully open to access vanity/sink.

Amazing stay with kids

loved the location, everything was super clean in there. The staff were amazing, Melanie was extra amazing telling me how to order food for my kids. she went over & beyond.

The mattress was very hard, dishwasher & microwave were broken.

Little cockroaches in the microwave and kitchen, apartment layout was strange, didn’t have shampoo in the ensuite, no bench space for toiletries.

the beds are not that comfortable. Not the managers fault but there were some people throwing rocks at the room windows at 4am.

great location, decent kitchenette in room was a great little surprise; awesome laundry facility too

location to shops and basketball stadium was fantastic. and ability to use laundry room was amazing - could wash and dry team jerseys so easily. loved that there was even a little stove top in the room for future reference.

rooms a little tired - bathrooms need good scub of grout and dirt/scum in corners. bed mattress saggy.

an enjoyable stay

the bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great and I really appreciated that they let me check out whenever I liked on the Monday (after 10 am checkout) without me needing to pay anything extra.

The position was terrible we were woken up every morning with the noise from outside factories at around 5.30 am .Windows were not double glazed and the only thing that separated our room from the next was a door.We could hear people next door easily .When we booked on booking .com it said free breakfast which was not the case .
