This is not a 4 star hotel! Just rooms built by the railroad tracks
Quality of the facilities
7.0
La comodidad de estar en la terminal 4 de Barajas
Es excesivamente caro, no tiene wifi propio y al estar al lado de la estación de metro se escuchan ruidos y se sienten vibraciones hasta altas horas de la noche.

Convenient accommodations
The description on Booking.com stated the price of the room came with access to the buffet lounge. When I arrived for breakfast, I was denied, stating that the description was inaccurate and that there no longer was a buffet. The hotel manager got on the phone with Booking.com, whereby the agent flatly denied my claim that I had booked a room with breakfast. Eventually the manager "allowed" me to eat at the breakfast "buffet". The breakfast was more like an airline snack. If you are booking via Booking.com, be prepared to pay more than you expect you're getting for the price.

Ubicación ideal para enlaces con poco tiempo en la T4
El precio creo que es caro para lo que ofrecen
Se percibe la vibración del metro/tren cuando llega

It's on the airport so convenient if you have a morning flight from T4
Hard to find. Room was fine but the hotel is more a series of pods rather than a hotel. No other facilities. Breakfast included but it's self serve and virtually useless.
3.0
Easy to get too and very nice staff.
I got covered in but bites right before a 12 hour flight was absolutely terrible.
7.0
location was convenient, room was a nice size and clean
it was very hard to find, specific directions, a map with the confirmation, and signs in the airport would have been very helpful, we were very frustrated trying to figure out where the hotel was located
8.0
Convenient for early morning flight. Easy check in
Wifi didn't work well amd feels a little stuffy since it's underground.
5.0
An expected, a room inside the airport

Easy to find (not all airport hotels are!) in Terminal 4 close to transfer bus for oter terminals. Nice touch having a small expresso machine in the room. Some noise from planes but not after 10 pm. Decent breakfast.

the staff was nice
the small catastrophic size I have a pacemaker and the breathing was difficult

Centrally located was most convenient
We were in room 6, it was very noisy through the night, people talking very loud, woke me up several times.......

The location is premium for a transit through Madrid Airport. It is located within the arrivals terminal making it easy to rest between flights which have a long hold-over. It is a functional, secure and clean place to wash and sleep when waiting for a connecting flight.
There is always some slight background noise caused by it's proximity to the rail terminal. However this is minimal and doesn't impact on your ability to sleep.

Great place to stay!
Hard to locate hotel. More signage is a must!
9.0
Location inside T4, which made my international transfer easy.
Bed was very hard, which inhibited a good nights sleep

I booked it for the convenience of being in the airport for a flight out early the next day. The staff was very nice.
I had the “executive suite,” boy, was that misnamed! There was nothing “executive” nor “sweet,” about it. it looks like a cheap inside cabin on a cruise ship. The carpets were filthy. The walls were marked up and hadn’t been painted in years? The fixtures were so cheap and barely useable and the air conditioning was horrible. they at least gave me a fan -I would have climbed the walls without it. Good concept - POORLY executed

it’s in the airport, has everything.
the breakfast starts too late for a hotel like this, I wish the price was a bit lower))

Early checkout, no breakfast nor box were offered.
No windows in the rooms, dirty walls. No hotel internet just he public airport access. Poor heating.
very small TV set overall bad impression for such price. I would never go beck there.
Cleanliness, service, proper information about no windows in the rooms, internet, heating, brakfast box for early checking out
