Breakfast was normal. The location was good for me.
There was no car park. And for a hotel in Ghana, car parks are the norm.

It was a lovely place, I was extremely pleased with the services and the accessibility to all my needs.
Thank you.

We got there but found the place very different than advertised. We asked if we could see the rooms before checking in, management was very rude to us. They refused to show us the rooms! We were forced to leave and go and sleep somewhere else. Unfortunately, according to the hotel policies, they charged my credit card for having NOT stayed at the hotel. Horrible! Horrible
The rudeness of management

The breakfast was good. The people in the hotel are very friendly and good.
The room and the facilities are old and need to be modernized.

Breakfast was ok and served individually to guest room. It’s a small place so I guess not much room for a sitting area.
I think availability of parking space would be a good plus for location. Only one parking spot narrowly adjacent to a private driveway. Not adequate.

Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet, and staff pleasant and helpful.
The height of the shower was challenging. it would not have been comfortable or manageble for someone with mobiity issues, and it shower was very high.

Friendly staff
Good location
Comfortable room
Tea,coffee, milk and sugar should be standard in rooms.
Breakfast was too simple.

despite some city disruptions to the water, the staff were excellent and worked hard to solve all issues.

The staff is very helpful. At out request, they even went out and got us Waakye for breakfast.
When the town water failed, they gave us plenty of complimentary water and drinks. (Fortunately, we had already taken hot showers! We were informed they are installing a large cistern so they are not dependent on town infrastructure.)
It is a bit difficult for taxis to find, but that's not really their fault.

Simple, nice and neat. Location is great, taxis everywhere. Staff is very helpful. Dress In-room Breakfast, lovely.

We paid in advance - on my credit card. When we arrived, the shower and the sink weren't working. The receptionist (whom was very nice) offered us to change room but it was a smaller one and no refund. We decided to leave and to ask for a refund, after the receptionist told us it can be done.
We send a mail to the management team - as requested, they refuse to pay us back because they didn't think our reasons for leaving were good enough.
The emplacement was not that great - first time in Cape Coast so we didn't know.
The room didn't look that clean. The green carpet turns to black, there was a big bug in the shower.
Do yourself a favor, don't go there! There are a lot of better places.

slightly out of town but cheap enough in a cab.
