Ludzie pracujący w obiekcie jak najbardziej na plus bardzo mili, życzliwi, pomocni. Pokój ładny, łóżka wygodne. Śniadania ok.

Splendido soggiorno a Lodz, in pieno centro

La posizione è veramente eccellente, praticamente sulla strada principale, ma con ingresso in un cortile, per cui non si sentono i rumori dall'esterno. La colazione abbastanza ricca. Ho usufruito del parcheggio, incluso nel prezzo della camera. L'area parcheggio si trova nel cortile adiacente, a due passi dall'ingresso dell'hotel

Hea asukoht, mugav ja puhas

Asukoht väga hea, vanalinnas. Sissepääs privaatne läbi fonolukuga värava. Maja taga tasuta valvega parkla. Hotell ise ei ole suur, aga toad väga mugavad ja puhtad. Tubades kohvi/tee valmistamise võimalus ja veepudelid. Voodid mõnusalt pehmed.

Świetna lokalizacja, parking w cenie.

Śniadanie od godziny 8, dla mnie za późno gdyż miałam spotkanie wcześnie rano i nie udało mi się z niego skorzystać. Po wcześniejszym zgłoszeniu, otrzymałam lunch box(jogurt i kanapkę).

Ok for younger people

Central location and excellent breakfast.

We had a double bed room and I hit my leg quite a few times on a radiator control because the bed was too tight for the space it was in , no way of shifting it. The male desk clerk just smiled!

Good wifi, private outisde paid parking (a bit of a walk from hotel), OK breakfast, good AC, comfy bed, has kettle, good location, OK TV (a bit too small), good staff

Bad soundproofing (noise from outside and other rooms), not much natural light, lots of stairs, had someone walk into my room in the morning

Mixed feelings, but guess more good than bad

Free parking, good location (despite majority of Lodz looking like construction site), working aircon.

Noisy street if one prefers to sleep with window open, breakfast isn’t enjoyable at all, parking and facilities are apart so if you simply looking for a sleepover on your journey through Poland - pack a small bag you can carry to the room.

Breakfast was GOOD and the location is spectacular, right next to main street, even got a small Italian restaurant in the alley.

The place has no elevators and trudging up to the third floor with our gear and luggage was a trek. Also, the free parking is not free, we paid 30EUR per night for 3 motorcycles, even though we didn't even take up space in the parking lot as it was full, and we had to park the bikes on non-designated spots.

As many said, walls are thin, I had earplugs, so I didn't have any issues during the night Floor was squeaking when walking Shower doors didn't quite fit to each other and some water was splashing out

Great stay, very good location and great helpful, professional staff.

Everything, the staff was very helpful despite differences in languages. Very professional and very willing to help. I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting this part of Poland.

A short business stay

The beds were comfortable. A bottle of water was prepared in the room:) A kettle, cups, coffee/tea/sugar are available in the room. For breakfast, there were some options to choose from: dairy products, eggs, grilled pork (only one morning out of four:(, sausages, some vegetables; tasty ground coffee. The receptionists were trying to do their best: e.g. called a taxi, found the direction when they were asked for, etc.

The room wasn't cleaned on the first day. There were no fruits for breakfast (at least fruit salad could be served) No choice of cookies. What was really frustrating was that the stuff (except for one lady) were unable to speak English which means it is almost impossible to ask anything or get advice. It seems this is the problem of all Poland. It was rather dark in the room (if you are on business and have to work, it may cause a problem). NB There are steep stairs even to enter the hotel.

overall not a really nice stay. Do not recommend.

Location was all right as the Hotel is located in the middle of Piotrkowska Street.

The hotel recpetion is on the 1st floor of the building so forget getting in if you are on a wheelchair or have some issue. Beware there is no elevator in the building so watch out for rooms at the upper floors. It was cold inside the room. The bathroom smelled of a poo mixed with a cheap spray man deodorant. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was mediocre at best - scrambled eggs were cold.

Basic hotel in the city center

Position is excellent as it is located on the main road, and it was silent and quiet despite there are many restaurants and pubs in the area.

I would recommend taking action for the smell in the corridors (onion or similar) and paying more attention to cleaning the room moquettes as mine was stained. Breakfast was basic and may be worth adding some fruit. Besides those, it was a nice stay.

Comfortable, welcoming, cosy small hotel

Breakfast, kind and helpful stuff, books (the place is a small library), excellent curtains (dark even during the day), comfortable desk, coffee/tee making utensils in the room.

difficult access - only staircases to the reception and the rooms. Deem lights in the bathroom and in the room (the strongest was next to the bed... ),
