Overall amazing and great fun

Access to the private beach. The location from Jagannath temple. Lot of taxis and Auto at the hotel. Easy to reach main market in 7 mins.

It should have 3pm checkin and 12 noon checkout with extension for a couple of hours. We had to request a lot and got one room extended finally.

The Good & the bad

One of the standout features of the hotel is its fantastic location, as it is situated right on the beach. Having direct access to the beach made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the beautiful views and the convenience of being so close to the water.

However, there were a few aspects of my stay that were less than ideal. One of the disappointments was the delayed pool access in the morning. Unfortunately, the cleaning process took longer than expected, and as a result, guests were unable to use the pool during the morning hours. It would have been more convenient if the cleaning could have been completed on time, allowing guests to enjoy the pool early in the day. I had lunch at the hotel's Samudra restaurant, and I have to say that the service was disappointingly slow. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the expensive food prices. While I understand that pricing can vary from one establishment to another, I found the cost of the food at Mayfair Waves Puri to be quite high.

It was a pleasure to stay in your property.Hotel is very nice.Food quality is excellent.

Hotel space is very congested.For welcoming and greeting guest is not good.As concerned the value of money is worst.

Tour of Puri

It was amazing tour. Facility was perfect more particularly the location being just touching to beach. Staff was courteous and food was delicious.

Food price was little high.

Right next to the beach, well maintained and super clean. Staff is super friendly.

Service is a little bit slow sometimes in the restaurant.

Great for vacation

Yes property and behaviour of hotel management is awesome...but view of sea is blocked by tree and park of Govt.... please try to reduce the tree Hieght for better view...Food is also awesome

Location is good .

Buffet breakfast is not good. Shower is not working. In breakfast some food are sour.

Smiling and namaste all the time is good but after a while value for money and working aircon everywhere is a must have

expensive , no Airconditioning in the public areas of the property except the lobby. central aircon in rooms not working. replaced with split aircon second hand.

Had an experience that I would like to repeat in future.

I recommend only to the frends to whom budget is not the main concern when it comes to traveling....

Prices of in-room food items and services are a notch too much.

Exceptional

From the moment we entered Mayfair waves we were treated with great hospitality. We had a very warm reception... Our room was really beautiful and had a great view of the sea... All the hotel staff were very cordial and took very good care of us during our stay... A special appreciation from us to the restaurant staff , namely Ashok, Raju, Chakradhar, Bharti, Barkat and Prasanta... It was really a pleasure staying in Mayfair waves and we would be delighted to stay there the next time we visit Puri .⛵🌊⛵ Best wishes to all of you 😇⭐⭐❣️⭐⭐😇

It was a lovely stay. the place is very close to the main temple.

The decor, facilities and the hospitality.

Given the room rent, I expected the facilities to be a little more plush. Specially the restaurant was underwhelming.
