the overall experience was excellent

The location is superb—right in the center yet quiet. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was completely noise-free. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the service attentive. Highly recommended!

We could hear some noise from neighboring rooms due to the thin walls, but it wasn't a major issue.

Goede locatie, maar ontbijt en housekeeping kunnen beter

De locatie van dit hotel is zeer centraal in het toeristisch hart van Praag en toch dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. Verder is het ook zeer rustig om zo centraal gelegen te zijn. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer had ook een zeer goede douche en luxe zeepjes.

Er was soms wat geurhinder in de kamer en op het ontbijt ontbraken enkele zaken. Zo was er niet altijd choco aanwezig en als iets op was werd het niet echt aangevuld. Ook het fruitsap was niet echt lekker. Het huispersoneel is niet zo attent. Ze vervangen de handdoeken niet altijd correct en onze vraag om een groot deken in plaats van 2 enkele te hebben werd niet vervuld.

Super, ale nabudúce kvôli výtržníkom na ulici - štuple do uší.

Krásne zariadené izby, čisté, priestranné, výborné raňajky, super poloha.

Napriek tomu, že je hotel v ulici s nízkou premávkou a predpokladali sme ticho, rušil nás v noci hluk pokrikujúcich ľudí, niekedy do pol štvrtej ráno. Žiaľ aj cez zatvorené okná. Boli sme iba dve noci a možno sme mali smolu, že obe sme nespali bez vyrušovania...

Etablissement très bien situé

Trés bien placé, proche du pont charles. On peut tout visiter à pied. La chambre était très propre et très jolie avec son plafond en cathédrale. Inconvénient, peu d'hauteur sous plafond d'un coté du lit. Petit déjeuner super. Beaucoup de choix.

Bir daha Prag’a gidersem oda yüzünden bu otelde kalmam.

Şehir merkezine yakın olması beğendiğim noktadır.

4. Kat çatı katı oda vermelerini beğenmedim. Çatı kayı odasını hiç beğenmedim. Rezervasyon yaparken çatı katını vereceklerini düşünmediğim içinde not yazmamıştım. Oda hem karanlıktı hemde kötü idi. Delüxe oda rezerve edip çatı katı odasında kaldık. 4 kat in çık çok yorulduk. Şehiri komple yürüyerek dolaştık. O kadar yorulmadık.

Great location - Great Service

Location is unbeatable, just directly in the city center, literally 1 min away from beautiful Karluv Most bridge and 5 min away from Astronomical Clock. Our room had a great Karluv Most view. Breakfast was great with variety of cheeses, pastry, fruits and so on. Jarostlaw and all the other staffs were so nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious with retro but great design. Definitely recommended

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, je le recommande !

L’emplacement en plein cœur de la ville, proche de tous les sites à visiter. Les employés qui sont tous très aimables et attentionnés pour les touristes. Le standing de l’hôtel par rapport au prix, avec des produits L’Occitane dans toutes les salles de bain (gel douche, shampooing, après-shampoing, gel main, crème pour le corps), ainsi que le nécessaire de voyage (coton démaquillant, coton tige, brosse à dent, rasoir, crème à raser et chausson) dans la chambre exécutive.

Mal insonorisé, cela peut être bruyant quand certains touristes se croient seuls dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et rigolent fort ou parlent fort !

Fantastic location, historical charm, clean and comfortable.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the restaurant underneath with delicious food and friendly host.

Could be an issue if travelling with heavy luggage and staying on the higher floors.

Zimmer so schön wie auf den Bildern. Lage ideal. Alles andere eher mittelmäßig.

Die Lage ist absolut genial! Vom Hotel aus kann man die Prager Altstadt sofort zu Fuß erkunden. Das Auto muss man zwar etwas weiter weg parken aber das hat uns nicht gestört!

Die Betten waren leider für uns sehr unbequem da viel zu weich - aber da ist sicher jeder anders. Das Doppelbett war in der Mitte so durchgelegen dass man immer das Gefühl hatte man rollt bergab - ich denke da könnte man sicher mal nachbessern. Das Restaurant direkt unter dem Zimmer kommt natürlich nicht ohne Küche aus - entsprechend riecht es wenn man abends/nachts das Fenster offen haben möchte. Als wir am 1. Abend, nachdem die Kinder im Bett waren, noch einen Drink zu uns nehmen wollten schickte man uns weg - man könne nur einen Tisch bekommen wenn man dort auch isst. (Wir hatten aber schon woanders gegessen). Das fanden wir sehr schade. Scheinbar ist das Restaurant abends separat vom Hotel.

Muy entrañable y céntrico

La localización del hotel, a 10 minutos de la plaza de la Ciudad Vieja con su reloj astronómico y a 5 minutos del puente de Carlos. El edificio es precioso, la habitación muy limpia, completa y cómoda, así como cálida en invierno. El hotel está decorado con cuadros de gran personalidad en pasillos y escalera, eso sí, el hotel no tiene ascensor y hay que hacer uso de las escaleras. Consta con un salón donde se sirve un desayuno muy completo, así como la oportunidad de cenar o tomarse una cerveza por la tarde.

Tre giorni a Praga.

La camera molto ampia, pulita ed arredata con gusto. La colazione buona ricca di cibi dolci e salati. Il personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La location a poche centinaia di metri da tutto. Un ottimo bar e ristorante con specialità locali.

FANTASTIC!

1. Excellent customer service, everyone is very kind, helpful and speaks fluently English. They try to accommodate your needs and wants. 2. Stylish boutique style hotel, always with some extra cookies, coffee or something to drink in main entrance. 3. There is a restaurant part of the hotel, good food too! 4. The room was very big, very hot inside, all toiletries are from Occitane which is a great touch! 5. Very central located, in the heart of the old city, just near Charles Bridge.

Estancia maravillosa

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas; El hotel se encuentra en el centro, justo al lado del puente de Charles. la habitación era muy amplia, muy luminosa, muy limpia y bien equipada con todo lo que se necesita. El personal era muy amable y quiero destacar al chico de botones que nos ayudó a subir las maletas hasta el último piso (no hay ascensor). El desayuno es un buffet que dispone de todo. Hotel muy recomendable!

Céntrico y bonito, aunque con algunas pegas

Sin duda la ubicación, en el centro pero a la vez aislado de todo ruido, en una calle poco transitada. La habitación y el baño son grandes y están bien acondicionados, recién reformados y con detalles como diferentes productos de aseo de calidad y detalles de cortesía. Además estaba todo muy limpio. El hotel no tiene ascensor pero nos subieron las maletas. El desayuno también estaba muy bien, aunque el personal del comedor no era muy majo… En general es muy acogedor y te da la sensación que estás en un pueblecito tranquilo.

Tuvimos un par de incidencias que no solucionaron. En primer lugar, la alcachofa de la ducha no funcionaba. En segundo lugar, nuestra cama era doble pero nos pusieron dos edredones individuales en horizontal en lugar de un único edredón para toda la cama, de manera que nos destapábamos continuamente por la noche, ya que los edredones quedaban partidos a la altura de la cintura. Probamos diferentes maneras, como quedarnos cada uno un edredón pero eran demasiado pequeños. Lo comentamos en la recepción y nos dijeron que no tenían edredones dobles. ¿En qué hotel tienen una cama doble sin edredón doble? Sin duda alguna fue muy incómodo. La alcachofa de la ducha tampoco la arreglaron en las tres noches que estuvimos. Estábamos muy contentos hasta que vimos que no solucionaron nuestros problemas durante toda nuestra estancia.

Amazing hotel but need a bit of attention

The stuff was so welcoming and helpful, they support me with any issues and questions I had. The stuff was visiting me every day to verify if I need some thing. The location is perfect. In the middle of the old city. Couple minutes walk from any tourists attractions. The decorations and the facilities perfect. Over all I was very satisfied with the room.

The isolation of the room is really poor. Every noise from outside was like it happening in the room. Under the bad was really dirty. The amount of dust was unbelievable. My daughters toy fall under the bad, and I saw what was under the bad. Really disappointed.
