Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, great to be close to the river and see the wild life.

Not much room to move in the bedrooms. The TV's weren't programmed to the same stations, started watching a show in the main area, was going to bed to finish watching and couldn't find the stations,(but it wasn't a big deal for me but could be for other people).

Lovely river front cabin

Beds were comfy. Aircon was good.

No shampoo conditioner or salt and pepper. .usually standard issue at $300 per night

The location directly on the Murray was perfect and a wonderful reminder of my childhood. Loved the tranquility, the birdlife and the proximity to the town.

We loved our stay on the river; just found it too pricey compared to other places we have stayed

The location was fabulous.the sunsets amazing.

We wd have appreciated the little extras that this type of accommodation usually offers eg a cozy rug on the tiled floor@some cushions on the lounge.also shampoo@tissues in the bathroom We also found the space in the 2 queen bedrooms very tight for adults to comfortably move around.

A great place for children and families - we enjoyed the time we came as it was a bit quieter

I liked the cabin - it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen suited us and it was nice to sit on the verandah The staff in reception were lovely and the yard staff friendly

I was totally surprised the reception staff were nice because the few times I spoke to someone on the phone - they were abrupt and not so friendly. We were not happy with the couch in the cabin…unfortunately not very comfortable and I’ll know next time to ask to be near the pool..I swam a lot but it was a bit of a walk for an old girl like me 😆 Not your fault - but a man walked into the pool to almost waist height and proceeded to take out his privates and wee in the water 😳 then went to play with his children. Good example. By the time I got out to wrap a towel around and go to report him..he was out and walking away.. As I say - not the parks fault but I didn’t go back to the pool after that

An excellent location for a night or a week!

Our travel plans were changed, and we need to stay in the Riverland for one night on very short notice. This park, where we had stayed before, was the only place with availability. The cabin was very new, just one row back from the river (with a view between the two cabins in front of us) and was very comfortable indeed. The tim tams in the fridge were a bonus! We pass through the Riverland quite often, and will definitely return to this Big4 for a multi-night stay.

The facilities. Amazing. As soon as a problem arose, spoke with staff, they fixed straight away....amazing service

That you couldn't book the gokarts etc by phone, I had to keep walking to reception (over 10x)
