A great stay for the price, outside the city but the savings are great if you're prepared to travel.

Room was prepared well and everything was clean and tidy. It is also within a few minutes walk to the Tram station that is opposite the accommodation. Just over £5 for an all day adult tram pass, so easy to get into the centre!

The outside back stairs are a little tight for tread size and certainly if you arrive when the main pub is closed and you have difficulty in walking.

Splendour festival weekend

A lovely clean pub. Room was spotlessly clean. A short walk to the town centre,of Beeston, with a cinema and tesco across the road. Good transport links outside the property such as trams and buses to take you into Nottingham City centre. Friendly staff, and parking a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

Lovely welcoming pub. Real ales and cider galore. Pizza so good. Rooms were so nice . Been back a few times ..recommend this place to anyone

You get what you pay for

It was a bed for the night and thus my requirements were set low, as was the room size. However it did the job fine. No breakfast unfortunately but afain, I was aware of this in advance.

great location, value for money, clean and comfortable.

fire alram went off middle of the night, unknown to residents no staff on site. A number of residents then set about trying to contact the fire alarm company, eventually the landlord turned up. the problem was caused by a resident vaping in his room, cant blame the property as the alarms worked properly but the admin of it was questionable

Pleasant & convenient!

Have stayed here before and find the proper a convenient stopover for traveling in and around Nottingham to visit family and friends. Room this time was classed as ‚King size‘ and was very spacious. Despite staying above a pub it did not feel that there was any disturbance in any way. As always the staff are very helpful and friendly.

My only criticism this time was that although the room was classed as ‚King Size‘ the bathroom felt smaller than when I stayed previously in a normal ‚double room‘. I felt there was a need for some kind of shelving in the bathroom for toiletries, a towel rail and trying to fill the kettle in the small bathroom sink was impossible so had to use the shower head!

Overall very good

The rooms were clean and well appointed with a bed of reasonable comfort and an excellent bathroom. The staff were friendly and the free parking on site was very useful. Overall value for money was excellent.

My only issue was the temperature in the room. It was warm that day but not excessive, but the bedroom was very warm. The window opened and there was a fan in the room but it was still very warm. But for that price you can't expect AC!

Last time i will book a room there

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The view of the room amazing.

It is imposible to sleep between 6 am and 1 am due to the noise of the pub and tram

Good for a single night stay. Good access to local area.

Good location and close to local transport links. Nice room. Decent atmosphere.

Little bit impersonal. Water took a while to warm up. Due to a live music event lasting most of the night, got very little sleep before leaving in the morning.
