la chambre etait très propre, rien dire, l'environnement etait lui aussi très bien ar situé a 200 m de la mer et 800 m du centre .

il manquait une clim, car dormir la fenetre ouverte dans un quartier tres animé c'est dur ..

Disappointing

The fridge is available in the hostal room.

There is no air condition, too hot to stay there even in the night.

Very good

We really liked the design of our room. It was small but enough for the two of us for 2 nights and we also had a balcony and private bathroom. Good value for this price.

No kettle and you should know that you need to go to the hotel across the street to check in

Terrible

It is well located

it is old, no AC, we had a fan full of dust when the temperature at night was super warm. everything was old and not clean. no one in the reception, they only left us one towel (we were two) and had to cross the street to the other hotel to request it in the middle of the night. would not recommend it to anyone

Good breakfast and reception (both in neighbouring hotel)

San Fran hotel seem to be rather neglected by management All 3 days promoted WLAN did not work

Nothing.

You get what you pay for. Bathroom perthitic, room very small. The good thing is that it was clean. We will never do cheap again. The reception lady exceptionally rude while booking in. Sorry to be negative.

Worst accommodation!

The breakfast served at the hotel affiliated to the hosta across the road. lThis Hostal is very dated and should no longer be in use.

All very old, too small and extremely uncomfortable and very noisy surroundings!! The receptionist Maria, at the main hotel JS Suites was extremely rude and unhelpful on both days!

I don’t think I liked a thing in the hotel to be honest

Pretty much everything. But the worst two things I must note here is the miserable fan in the room which made almost no difference and should be upgraded asap and the room door doesn’t lock from inside so you have to sleep with your door unlocked, very uncomfortable.

The room was not ready at 12:00, when it was supposed to. The receptionist explained that the check-in time was starting from 14:00, but this is not what was stated on Booking. Instead of apologizing and giving us an alternative room which was already cleaned and available, she made us wait for two hours until the previous guests left our room and the staff cleaned it, and blamed it on Booking. As a guest, I am not interested in knowing why my room is not available when it is supposed to. I just need my room to be ready. In the room, there was too much light in the night because the door did not shut completely and there was an internal window to the corridor.

excellent! I’d stay here again if I come back to portocolom

such a lovely room with my own balcony and en-suite. staff were so friendly and was an excellent location. bed was very comfy too :)

there was a mosquito in my bathroom and the balcony rails were very rickety

Quiet. In my week there I never once interacted with another person. There was no reception.

Spacious and in a good location.

There was no hot water from the shower.

Great location and great room! 100% costs that money that I paid! And special bonus - great balcony! I loved it!

A bit complicated to understand that reception is in the hotel nearby. I think you should send an e-mail to visitors informing about it.

Cheap place to stay but extremely noisy and dirty

Great location in Portocolom and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the bay.

If you are looking for a good night sleep, you won´t find it here. Throughout the entire night people scream, sing and step through the noisy hallways. It was impossible for us to sleep through the night. Also the hallway smelled of cannabis the entire day and we could hear every word our neighbours were saying. Our private bathroom across the hallway was very dirty and the mould was present in the shower.

Do not recommend!

Swimming pool was great and clean.

Noisy place!! Every day some Spanish people fighting, terrible. The pictures on the booking website dont look like the actual rooms, not at all. There was a map of mold on the walls and ceiling as well.

Clean basic accommodation with nice bathroom and new microwave-really well situated.

Staff at JS suites really didn’t want to know; windows and doors not very secure; WiFi didn’t work.

Superb

I was in the Hostal, but the magnifique breakfast was in the JS Portocolom Suites Hotel(new and opened 10 days ago) !!! Incredible, it was amazing! I could also use the very beautiful swimmingpool! Paula of the reception was really friendly, thank you! Nice place!
