A fairytale apartment in the middle of the Bavarian Alps

We enjoyed the accommodation very much! It was such a great choice for us, we appreciated very much the level of comfort our apartment presented especially after a day full of activities in nature. The communication with our host was spotless and we look forward to coming here again should we return to Garmisch!

I do not have anything to comment negatively about this accommodation. Probably it would have been nice to also have a bin for non-recyclable and non biodegradable things in the room. But this is not something negative, just a personal preference, from my point of view.

Comfortable place in a beautiful spot

The host kindly let me in despite me arriving early. It is very tidy with a great view. with a kitchen and a living room, useful for a holiday stay. There were also bikes available, which was essential as it's slightly remote from town and the bus, despite stopping right across the street, is much slower. Being at the foot of two of the cable cars, it was easy to combine hiking with using them. It's also a few meters from a train stop for the Zugspitzebahn.

Perfect.

The property was delightful, it felt like a home, and the shower in particular was fantastic, as was the view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you needed. Couldn’t fault anything about the place. There was a bus stop literally right outside, and a secure place to store bikes. We’re already hoping to visit again.

the staff and the whole stay was magical

omg a whole apartment to one’s self and so comfortable. the view and the lullaby of the cow bells at night. simply breathtaking

Highly recommend for a short and confortable stay!

Very comfortable apartments with all the equipments you need. Nice host who goes above and beyond for guests.

Towels in need of a spruce but otherwise everything was top notch.

the place to be when visiting this area. absolutely perfect

beautiful property in a stunning and ideal location at the base of the mountains. easy access to public transport and bike trails. the owner Marion is fantastic and provides free bicycles to get around. the accomodation in itself is just perfect, big, stylish, cosy and well thought through. - good wifi - amazing shower - all cooking utensils provided

the only down side was that our bed was very noisy / squeaky

Nice location, enough parking space, keys were handed over by host. Apartment was neat and clean, kitchen had all necessary utensils almost new and very good quality. Super market was just nearby on main road.

transparent curtains were not helping on bright sunny days, better to add additional layer of dark curtains which can be used in summer time.

Cozy 2 persons appartement on a good location for a good price.

Location, price and good facilities (like laundryservice). We had a nice week holiday and we would recommend this place.

Kitchen was a bit too cozy for 2 persons.

Amazing location, comfortable and cozy appartment

We had an excellent stay! Great location next to Kreuzeckbahn ski and train station. Small but cozy and comfortable appartment and very kind and helpful hosts. Would definitely like to come back to explore the garmisch region in a different season!
