It’s definitely one of the most beautiful places i’ve stayed in

Everything was great and as in the description.

The only thing that i didn’t like was the check in who was only available after 16:00. It’s understandable that they have to clean everything and keep it marbulous but from 10:00 to 16:00… it’s a long time.

Pure Decadence

Vladimir was absolutely wonderful and his expediency with responding to our questions was very professional. The complementary fruit was a lovely gesture. The panoramic views of the Adriatic sea are amazing from the wonderful terrace. As a retired diplomat and having been blessed to travel the world and stay in the most exclusive luxury accommodation, I can honestly say that the property name title is perfect. It's absolute decadence and stunning. If we are ever in Opatija again then we will most certainly stay here in this wonderful Accommodation. Thank you for all.

The parking machine adjacent to the property and the parking meter signs are confusing and frustrating. Received a parking ticket on a Saturday even though the sign said free to park. The Fine is very cheap for a day ( 40.00 ) kuna, just confusing.

Pure Decadence !

Vladimir was absolutely wonderful. Unobtrusive but always expedient with his responses to any questions raised. The Apartment is huge and it's terrace offers wonderful panoramic views of the Adriatic. As a retired diplomat I am fortunate enough to have traveled the world and have been accommodated in rather exclusive luxury. This Apartment fits the description perfectly. The welcome fruit was a lovely touch. If we return to Opatija one day then this is the place to stay without hesitation.

Parking on the street has confusing instructions, as the sign states - free parking on Saturday and Sunday's however this is not the case. I spoke with the parking attendant unfortunately we still received a parking ticket. ( Although a daily fine is only 40.00 Kuna during winter season)

It was greate.

We really loved the apartment. The panorama of the sea is priceless.

We missed a microwave. With a small baby it’s very important to have one for heat up his food.

Good apartment, poor service.

Apartment is new and stylish, there is everything you need. As we were just 2 persons we even did not touch several rooms. Appartment's location is a little away from "center" but surroundings are very, very nice. There is a restaurant downstairs with nice and personal attitude.

Apartment is located on the second row from the sea but there is street under. I can not say that it is very live but still enough noisy that you can not enjoy peace. We stayed just one night and the all afternoon neighbour opposite did very noisy cleaning of the leaves. Nobody warned us that we have to pay for the street parking. It would be nice if host or the empoyee who is contact person could warn us. We got fine. And the worst thing was that I needed 1 week and many sms/e - mails to get the invoice for our stay. We did not get a feeling that we are guests, more just cashing object.

Exceptional

Amazingly spacious place, modern design, cool and elegant. The terrace is a dream to lay around and chill. The sea is right around the corner, 3 minutes on stairs.

Downtown is a bit far just to walk there spontaneously. We rather took a taxi as it was more comfortable.

Lovely Place - spacious!

The location is great. The apartment is very big- I did not get that sense from the photos. It would be fantastic for a family or group. Exceptionally clean. Very elegant street.

Finding my way there was a bit tricky. The space was perhaps too much room for a solo traveler. There was too much noise overhead at one point, so I moved to a different bedroom...3 to choose from. So that worked out.
