For a required 24 hour layover, it was a reasonable pleasant stay with very accomodating staff.

Cozy, quaint, small room. Breakfast included. Staff helped with bags. Very affordable.

Noise quite excessive. Streets/infrastructure quite weathered and worn.

Great location to overnight. I arrived from the airport walking, not so far but in Bogotá you always feel afraid specially at night. Breakfast was ok.

Noisy location, staff could improve their kindness. Breakfast can improve.

The staff were very, very nice and accommodating! They were absolutely lovely! Always friendly and smiling! It is only a 30 minute walk to/from the airport and it's right beside a market.

The shower didn't have any pressure when on hot water. I was on the third floor and it sounded like everything that was happening in the street was in my room so falling asleep was difficult. Most of the things I was told to visit/see while in Bogotá were on the complete opposite side of the city

It was a barely functional choice due to street noise.

The staff was friendly and helped me get a cab to the airport. Room was clean. Internet worked.

It was VERY noisy in my room from traffic and other guests. The price I had to pay when I got there was higher than what I was quoted on booking.com, the room did not include a towel, the bed was extremely firm, not enough blankets, the entry on booking.com said there was a restaurant onsite and there was not one. This hotel should be in the $10 range.

it was an okay stay gor just 1 night

That it was close to the airport

we booked a room for 3 people and got 2 1 person beds… like how? the room was cold and the warm water was not working. the hallway smelled like cigarrettes

Maybe just the location, close to the airport, but nothing else.

When we arrived they said they do not have room for us all rooms are busy, although we booked through booking.com, later placed us in the small room close to the reception, which was very noisy, women in the reception were unpleasantly loudly talking and laughing since the early morning, windows blocked by the wall - no window, the floor was very slippered, my son fell down, almost break his head, the manager is very rude - noisy women, the staff is trying too hard to be friendly, but it seems all they care about the money without providing good service. * basically stealing - avoid by all means, very very very bad place. So shame Bogota! That is the impression people get when they come to your Beautiful city!

Disappointing

There isn't much to like about this place. We only spent 1 night and choose it for the proximity to the airport

Very strong mold smell Only 1 towel Uncomfortable bed and pillow The lady on the night shift was not nice at all. Maybe because we wake her up, but although we had a reservation she didn't want to check us in, she told us there aren't any rooms available and after I insisted she finally gave us a room. She tried to overcharge us, almost double the price of the room.

Bed close to airport, half shower, half WiFi

Location, close to airport, safe, clean, close to shops to get the bits you need, supermarket, nails spa, gents barber, bakery etc! All minute or so away.:

Shower was terrible.. water squirted horizontally out over the door of shower and made all the bathroom wet. Shower stoped working after a minute.. no water…Electric cables near shower didn’t look safe.. told reception in morning.. they didn’t reply! Traffic noise (but is busy area so kind expecting) WiFi in room was bad signal Breakfast they didn’t ask, just put infront of me hot chocolate and a cold toasty.. I can’t drink milk, coffee better for most.. would have been nice to be asked!

Good place!

The place is clean, the receptionist is very helpful she helped us ordering food, she helped us finding a Parking near hotel! I recommend this place

They didn't ask you what you want to eat for breakfast, they just bring it to you! Was very cold in the room
