Personne à l arrivée (c est indiqué), mais le numéro de téléphone sur la réservation ne répond pas non plus. Grosse panique. Il a fallu trouver un point wifi pour envoyer un mail via Booking.com Nous avons été recontacté une heure plus tard par whatsapp pour faire le checkin. Attention transfert à l arrivée gratuit si besoin, mais payant au retour ...!

Bon séjour dans cet appartement.

appartement spacieux avec un balcon très agréable. Belle piscine au 7ème étage.

Les portes ne s'ouvrent pas aisément et frottent sur le carrelage. Le mobilier de cuisine est daté notamment les chaises. La salle de bain nécessiterait un relooking aux standarts actuels.

Exceptional

Carlos picked us up and dropped us off from the airport , also at very early times in the morning, so we highly appreciated it! we stayed only 12 hours in Tahiti, but the place looked nice and clean!

Not a very pleasant stay

Good wifi connection and fair amount of kitchen condiments on hand.

Host was out-of-town so we were unable to enter the building from the outside and had to rely on another resident opening the exterior door for us. Without being able to unlock the exterior door, we were reluctant to leave the apartment to go to dinner so one of us had to walk to the grocery store for food while the other person remained behind to open the exterior door upon their return. (Fortunately, we had the key code for the interior door into the apartment.) We could not get the A/C to work so had to open the doors at night for cool air. The freezer badly needed to be defrosted and the refrigerator had very pungent food inside that had gone bad. (We essentially didn't use the frig b/c the smell was so bad.)

Location is about a 15 min walk to the ferry with luggage and small children. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Appreciated the airport pickup

Great stay and nice people

We had 2 nights at this studio and were really happy to stay here. We booked an amazing jeeptour via Carlos best experience in Tahiti! Carlos and his wife also drove us around the Islands and showed us so many beautiful places - Thank you for your kindness! The studio is very close to the city, restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool was a great place to take a dip after a long day!

at night time this neighbourhood was a little dark. Stay on the big streets and take your precautions, like any other big city.

Thank you for making us feel safe and welcome.

We landed at the airport with instructions for transportation to the unit. We were greeted at the designated spot and driven to the unit. We were given information about the area, sharing our plans. The following day we had been offered a pickup to go to the ferry. It was a great beginning of our trip to the Islands. Thank you.

Exceptional

We had the great pleasure of staying at Carlo's studio. The location is very good, a great swimming pool on the roof, and Carlos is a very good and caring host: he met us at the airport, showed us the island, gave us advice and helped us book other excursions. The kitchen needs some updating, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We also had the pleasure of traveling by bicycle. Good luck to you Carlos.

This is a small studio in a residence block of flat, airBnB style. It has everything that you may need for your independent stay. The private pool on the roof has a great 360 view. The landlord offered free of charge transport from and to the airport.

Very well located, only 10min walking distance from Papeete’s market and nightlife. Easy private parking. The flat is equipped with all the essentials for a short stay, including a washing machine and aircon unit.

Great owner, great value for money

Conveniently located studio with decent kitchen and everything you need. Carlos, the owner, was great and met me on arrival at the airport despite my flight being changed, and gave me a lift to my next property showing me some sights on the island. He also owns Fare Areaarea on the West Coast which are lovely bungalows by the sea. Highly recommended

the apartment was old and not clean. despite comfy bed and the free transfer wouldnt go again.

Carlos the owner acted friendly. He picked us up from the ferry and brought us to the airport. the bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels clean. supermarket is nearby. City centre is not to far away, if you want to go there.There is a pool on the 7th flppr. But you cant sit anywhere, so not inviting.

Apartment was only partly clean and is quite old and run down and partly damaged and in need of repair or replacement. Fridge and freezer need defrosting and cleaning. there is no mountain view from the balcony you look straight into another building. The sink in the kitchen leaked. The boiler in the kitchen looked a bit scary. We were charged before we arrived on our credit card and with an higher amount than agreed with booking.com without any notice or warning.

Carlos picked up from the cruise terminal. The view from the pool is great. The place is a short walk from central Papeete.
