Just amazing

Amazing fully equipped apartment located right in front of the Ohrid lake. The lake views from the big balcony are amazing! Suitable for couples and families with kids!

Perfect place to stay in Ohrid

The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could need for a family staying for a week. Excellent communication from Darko who was very helpful throughout our stay. The view of the lake was amazing. This was our third visit to Ohrid and by far the best place we've stayed. Breakfast at the Lion downstairs was included and excellent. The price was also great value for money. Cannot recommend enough!

Very good choice in a reasonable price!

Very nice place with amazing view of the lake, from the living room! The lady that gave us access to the facility , met us at the restaurant just under the flat , she was very friendly and provided useful information. Place was clean and very spacious , in an excellent location just 7 minutes walk from the old town , walking next to the lake. Breakfast was served at the restaurant after 10 am (perfect time to get some rest) and was really nice like the stuff of the restaurant too! I totally recommend it!

Lake Ohrid is a hidden gem, full of charm, fantastic views and good restaurants.

I really enjoyed the stay in this appartment. It was clean, spacious and very well located - just in the front of the lake. The host was super helpful and polite. Breakfast available in the restaurant downstairs was extra paid, but this is actually very good option instead of cooking. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything what is neccessary for a one week stay. Good wi-fi. Great terrace on the roof. Highly recommended when visiting Ohrid!

Since there is no reception I recommend to inform the guest about the method of how to collect the keys. In my opinion the A/C was insufficient in the living room in relation to bedroom where it was perfect. A noise from the restaurant was a bit tiresome in late evening hours.

Mostly responsive host, nice view from front, washing machine, lots of storage space, balcony, close to store

The breakfast was not 4 star level, the coffee was undrinkable, the food selection very small, mostly meat and dairy. Closed washing machine was stinking, it needs to be kept open after finishing laundry.. we had to perform an empty wash to remove stench. Door frame fell off, cigarette smoke. Power shut off for a moment. Patchy internet. cash only. Bathroom lighting ugly, only one mirror lamp worked, sink barely drained

Great place to stay in Ohrid

We had a perfect stay in Darko’s apartments! Everything was so great, very well equipped, clean , spacious, with , of course, fantastic view on the Ohrid lake ! Darko was so attentive and helpful ! The apartment is situated above the perfect restaurant The Lion, where we had great breakfasts and dinners. It was truly a wonderful stay !

Great place during week time.

The apartment is great. Very well situated. close to the center, shops restaurants and bar at the same time quite. Walking street in front with possibility to park on request. Darko is great host and will arrange it as well as will help you with all for your stay to be comfortable. Has two terrace. The front one and the living room are with a wonderful view on the lake of Ohrid, where you could sit on and admire the lake and the green of the front garden. The apartment is spacious with all the amenities needed and and very well furnished with good interiors design taste. The host is very helpful and easy going. There is a bar on the ground floor where it is possible to have coffee, breakfast or small dinner or just a drink. The room is on a quite in the back, but without a view. I would go back, but week time ;).

We were for 5 nights and the bar was open with very laud music until 1am three of the nights (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). At the same time when they open as from 8am and even before opening the music is again laud. We have been told that the bar is rented by somebody else. We talk to the owner of the bar for lowering the sound of the music on Sunday night but she was not very cooperative. We have been told that Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays the bar becomes a discotheque. We had to talk with Darko, who tried to solve the problem. My personal opinion is that if the apartment rules explicitly said that after 10p.m. guest are obliged to be quite, then the same should apply and to the bar. p.s. be aware that the payment is cash in the property, so better to be prepared. But once reserved you should receive an e-mail about.

Modern, Beautiful, Great Location

We loved the beautiful, modern apartment and views of the lake. The location is perfect - right on the walkway in between old town and the restaurants/beaches on the east side of the lake. We also really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs - The Lion - too!!
