Superb

Very nice place and people who really taking care about your stay. You can find a big kitchen in object where you can meet a lot of great people :) There is a big dining room as well. Perfect for families with kids.

I only stayed for one night, because I needed to get to the Billund airport the other day, so the location was convenient for me.

For some reason, the tap in the sink in the bathroom in room number 8 did not work - there was no water flowing out of it, no matter how you turned it. As this was a self check-in accommodation and I arrived quite late and only stayed one night, I had not strength to go out and look for some employee who would be able to help me fix it or offer better room with functional bathroom. As it was, I just used the water from the shower head for everything washing hands and brushing teeth and so on, which was a bit inconvenient..

Clean and tidy accomodation.

Good location and very helpful people. Room was clean ans tidy. We arrived late, so we could find our room key in the locker. Location was nice, close to the supermarket, fuel station and Legoland only 20 minutes away. Good for short stays with family or group of 4 to stay at family room.

Ok located for visiting LEGOLAND.

Good choice for visiting LEGOLAND. Ok that you have a kitchen if you don’t have breakfast included. Regarding the cleanliness: low, room was not being cleaned after the guest before us ( we have found under the bed things belonging to other guests :(, bathroom is not clean, not disinfected.

Very friendly staff. My bagagge was delayed and got sent to the hotel - they received it, stored it and put it into my room before my arrival, without any problems.

Good for sleeping shomewhere for decent price but I would not send time in the room.

Very basic interior with very old furniture. Shower had very little pressure.

Don’t expect to take a shower

Easy check in and check out even though no staff were available.

A place of greed much worse than what is shown in the pictures. Less than one towel per person, no shampoo and just one small piece of soap. No warm water available in the shower in the morning. No staff available even during check-in hours.

Just my opinion

We liked the mattresses, they are good quality.

They advertise with 'every room has a private bathroom' but in reality you have some toilets and a shower to share with the hallway that can close for some privacy. There was also a bathroom with a sliding door that couldn't close. We booked for 2 night but decided to stay for only 1. I just feel a bit tricked by the fact they advertise with private bathrooms.

Overall a decent place to stay if you plan to visit both Legoland and the Zoo.

They did not offer buffet breakfast at the hotel as they said they need a minimum number of guests to arrange that and also the Pool was under renovation and not accessible.

perfect location, nice and quiet. good facilities for good price.

property is excellent, nice and quiet area which I liked.

what we did not like and actually ruined our nice and quiet stay we thought we would have, was the stay of a family of 6 I believe who stayed one floor above us. They made such a lot of noise so we could not sleep until around 24:00 hours. i was several times about to go out of bed and tell them to be more quiet as other people tried to sleep. This really was a huge set back on the nice stay we thought we had found.

Great place, clean Bed & Linen for short stay with family and kids, plenty of parking spaces.

The location is a 20m drive from Billund. Good parking space and getting the keys after reception hours was easy. Bed & Linen was very nice, clean and fresh. The bathrooms were functional and clean. The swimming pool was under maintenance :( that was a miss when booking. There was a worn out pool table but good enough for kids. There is a kitchen for self-service with microwave, stove and basic things to heat and eat. No daily housekeeping I believe as it was not cleaned the 3 nights we spent there.

I wish the swimming pool was operational during the time children are visiting Legoland and Lalandia, as I believe this hotel had most guests visiting these places. The pool table needs some maintenance and a better cue.
