The view in the pictures on booking sites is not caldera side. The sea is quite far away on this side. There is a very steep walk from property to the caldera side, so you are better off if you have a car. The beds are low to the ground so if you have any bending issues it may not be suitable. The breakfast honestly was a big let down. You are much better off having a breakfast outside.

Cudowny widok z apartamentu, można podziwiać wschód słońca z tarasu ! Do tego przyjazna obsługa, wysoki standard pokoi i ciepła woda w jacuzzi !! Śniadania przynoszone do pokoju :) Do Imerovigli można dojść w 5 minut na piechotę i codziennie podziwiać piękne widoki! Polecam !

The road noise we could hear in the bedroom

Abrazo villas is an enchanting structure, excellent location or a few steps from central Imerovigli, offering clean, comfortable accommodation surrounded by total peace. I stayed in the suite with jacuzzi, it was wonderful to spend my accommodation in a room of this standard, with a healthy and well-served breakfast, at an excellent quality-price. special thanks go to Irina, wonderful staff, she was very thoughtful and kind and gave added value to my experience in the place, making herself available and helping me in every way during my stay, excellent advice and above all a very kind person! grateful for everything, it was my second time in Santorini and this structure absolutely deserves to be experienced!

That the TV had Netflix
Way over priced for what you get.
Awful area
No tea or coffee in the room

Lovely pool and good size villa.
Bathroom old and smelly. Needs a renovation. Beds too hard, felt like I sleeping on the floor! Needed privacy curtain or shutters between lounge and bedroom.

Really nice pool, clean and spacious room, as well a delicious drinks/food at the pool bar
Door not closing between the living room and the bedroom

Good location more or less midway to the island main places.
It has a nice pool that allows you to relax from the busy island
The beds are amazingly stiff. Also I found the pictures to be a bit deceiving… the villas are not high end, they are reasonable priced though.
Also we booked a villa for 7 people which has 2 floors, one is underground, a bit dark and the overall privacy is not good as the guests have to pass through the others room to get out.

Beautiful facility’s and the staff were amazing

Great staff who delivered breakfast to the room. Friendly pool cafe & manager. Pool environment lovely.
There was a hill climb to the town & restaurants but otherwise good location

Liked the pool.
breakfast fruit was not washed and sometimes old.
Not enough cushions on any of the seating areas inside or out.
beds very low to the floor and quite hard.
Kitchen area, but we had to keep asking for clean plate and dishes, would have washed ourselves but no tea towel provided.
hotel on busy road with no pavements so dangerous to walk up to restaurants and Thira. Asked for taxi and quote 30 euros for 1 mile trip.
Loud music from 12 noon till 8pm round pool even asked to get it turned down with no result.
No curtains on upper bedroom windows so eye patches needed to sleep.
management very young and not really an eye for detail or customer service. Shame really could be so much better.

Lovely villa complex and great pool area
Although the breakfast were fresh and lovely and presented really nicely in the basket and tower it was the same every morning it may have been nicer to have some different things on offer
8.0
The cleanliness and spacious suites
Location, breakfast with a bit more variety

Great service all around

The breakfast in the bedroom is very nice
It would be better if the butter in the breakfast was in the fridge for not being melted because of the hot weather.

Very nice accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Also stuff is very nice.
The cook and his creations at the the pool bar - just fantastic.
Breakfast was nice, but could change a bit. The kids missed also yogurts and cereals.

The shower water was coming in waves of extremely hot and freezing cold and there was no warm water basically. The night of our stay the lights went out for almost two hours and the hotel did not have any power generator or anything to make our stay more comfortable during the power outage. The receptionist guy was constantly giving me higher prices for taxi than the ones I was able to find from Booking.com. The breakfast was very poor, one slice of bread each?! and some cheese and ham.
Bed not at all comfortable.

Breakfast was very good (salted mainly) served in the room. Fruits could’ve been fresher but ok. Would’ve enjoyed fresh orange juice, fresh bread and jam.
The fact that the weather wasn’t good enough to swim in the beautiful pool.

beautiful setting and well maintained, modern look
would benefit from having more greenery/trees/plants

Lunch was really nice from the pool bar aswell.

the hosts were amazing, every request we had towards them was met. Will definitely go there again.
8.0
the location & the scenery. Also very spacious
the wifi was very weak on all the floors except the basement floor and the breakfast could have been better
10.0
The location, the facilities, breakfast and the staff. Matthew was excellent. The best part was the cake they offered for one of the kids bday.
The hotel didn’t have any facility to buy water. So any option to buy water would be good. Also the rooms didnt have good Wifi coverage at all. That needs to be improved for the rooms downstairs especially.

The villa was nice and clean. Lunch menu was well made. Staff was friendly
Breakfast was shockingly poor and in all honesty its best not to offer at all.
Our room was located under the road so we could hear cars day and night
Shower ventilation was quite poor
The location is not ideal especially if you dont have a vehicle. You'll need to walk on the main street with no pavement to get to the closest city centre. Now imagine that at night with no streetlights.
Overpriced (This is more for Santorini in general. The whole island is overpriced for average goods and services)

The small number of guests felt intimate yet it had a resort like feel. Loved the pool. Dmitri was an awesome host while at the pool. Staff were all kind, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was really basic (though we loved the fresh squeezed orange juice).

We loved that our suite was big and accommodated the five of us well. Room was close to the pool which was great for our kids. Beautiful view of the sea from the pool area. The lovely man making drinks and lunches at the pool bar was a gem! Great, yummy food and good banter. He’s a keeper! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
The bathrooms are a big let down. Bathroom size, shower size and cleanliness were extremely disappointing. Black mould around the edging of the shower base on the inside and outside. They also had a sewerage smell coming up from the drains and toilet.
Cleanliness in general needs to be addressed in the rooms.
6.0
the location was close to the main town area which was good.
the room was a good size
the front desk helped in booking an ATV
breakfast was terrible. for the price that we paid expected a better spread. if you want anything extra it’s at an additional cost which doesn’t make the breakfast complimentary then.
the hot tub kept getting dirty due to weather conditions which could easily be solved with having a cover.
out of 3 nights could only go in the hot tub once as it didn’t feel clean and the chemical smell was too strong
also the staff didn’t know the correct bustop and because of that we had to carry 2 30 kgs suitcases up and down a hill and miss 2 buses!
given that most people are tourist they should know this information to guide them correctly!

Overall: We had an amazing 10 day stay and would definitely recommend Abrazo Villas.
Villas: The villas are spacious, clean and all face the sea which was amazing for watching sunrise and just enjoying the view whilst hanging out at the pool.
Facilities: The pool is great, clean and one of the biggest we could find on Santorini (known for its hot tubs), there was a pool bar approx 1-9pm every day which did great Greek salad and gyros for an easy lunch or dinner, and there's also ample parking which was great with a rental car.
Location: The villas are located about 10 min (uphill) walk from some great restaurants and sunset views in Imerovigli, a supermarket and the white clifftop walkway between Imerovigli and Fira (about 30 min walk to go all the way to the cable car). We found that walk absolutely manageable.
The breakfast was not to our taste (in Greece, Greek yoghurt and fruit would be better than eggs) and it was a bit a struggle to get the morning staff to provide enough coffee given we had 4 adults. But luckily there was a fridge so we stocked up on the things we wanted from the supermarket and it was lovely to have your own sea-facing table to eat at.
Also one of the toilet/showers is open plan in one of the bedrooms so layout wise, the Pelagos might not work so well for all groups.
