Comfortable apartment block "Hegglistrasse 9", 4 storeys, built in 1999. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, central heating system. Steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km. Skisport facilities 25 km. Nearby attractions: Luzern 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Engelberg 25 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Direct acces to apartments with elevators.
4-room apartment 120 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2012, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, cable TV, flat screen and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed, bath/shower/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: lounge with cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, conservatory. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. We loved our stay in this spacious property! We had both units on 2 floors, for 2 couples. The patio areas were our favorite, overlooking the mountains and Lake Lucerne. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, and some spices. Regular coffee pot, and Nespresso machine. There was toilet paper and hair dryer supplied, but we purchased paper towels for kitchen, and soap for bathrooms, along with bringing your own shampoo, etc. The only negatives were bath towels were well worn, no washcloths provided, and euro pillows were quite flat. Also only duvets on bed, no top sheet that we are used to using in US. Would also appreciate fans to use for warmer nights. Property manager met us at unit, to show us how elevator worked, and answer any questions we had. We did have a rental car, due to there being switchbacks to get up hill to unit, but only used it to get to start of public transportation. We purchased a summer tell pass and used for all transportation, including at the numerous mountains we went to. Train station in Stans, only 10 min drive, with all day parking, and numerous bus stations in Ennetburgen. Believe there is a small parking lot with no limit, along Stanserstrasse street bus stop. Otherwise up to 3 hour limit at others. If we ever return to this area, would love to stay here again.

Nice apartment
This is a lovely apartment with great facilities and a lovely view, the only problem is that it's a long way from public transport and restaurants. It's at the top of a steep hill hence the lovely view but you must be prepared to walk up and down the hill or drive. One thing to be aware of is that the house next door is due to be demolished and a block of flats built on the plot so be prepared for noise and disruption. Parking isn't the easiest due to next doors garage entrance.

This beautiful apartment was my choice in 2015 and 2017 amazing view clean apartment nice location every thing was perfect It was unforgettable holiday. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We loved him very much. Thanks a lot Mr.XXX.
