Amazing perfect lovely staff

Not full of too many people get a break have your own sunbed ain’t over filled with child or family nice wee break to relax room was clean and pool is nice staff are amazing if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have made it home for my flight they all go above and beyond especially the women at the front desk with the short hair forgot name (sorry )she saved my day animal friendly and staff are amazing and very sweet was so kind when my son came around to visit too definitely come back thank yous all for making my stay amazing and special x

Superb

Everything was super nice, the breakfast wasn't varied but nourishing. Personal was very friendly. Hotels give you access to pool, and SPA downstairs.

A pleasant stay

A nice hotel very close to the coast of Alanya! The room was comfortable and clean, suitable to spend a few days there. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Good and friendly people with a smile.

Pet policy and breakfast. Near to the beach.

Is not a 4 star hotel from our standard but with pet policy is ok. The bed is to small for 4 star.

When we arrived the hall was smoky, there was not exact information about the price for pets. Sound isolation in the rooms is “0”, one can hear all the noises from the corridor, neighbor rooms and the street. under our windows at 8 in the morning the construction site starts to work!

Thank you for the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy stay.

The noise outside at night can be disturbing. Housekeeping often forget to replace amenities and change towels.

balkon and view, nice location, close to the beach, private beach with bar, air conditioner

used apartment and the whole building, not clean bathroom (with the hair everywhere) staff not helping with the problems (dirty Bath, lack of bath towel, cleaning in the room), every day the same boring brekfast, and it is not a buffet, wifi don't working

The staff are extra friendly and helpful. They always accommodated all of our needs in the shortest time possible. The hotel wasn’t too crowded.

The WiFi could be more stable. Ventilation in the bathroom could be improved. I also had problems with warm water occasionally.

Very nice hotel with friendly and honest staff.

The room was very nice and comfortable - not much of a view and the noise from the street could be heard a bit when there was a party at the near by hotel, but the AC was really quiet and efficient. Breakfast was very yummy Turkish breakfast plate with limitless bread and tea refill.

The view was at the wall of another hotel.

contemporary styled, very comfortable and very clean. friendly people., doggy!! good location if do not need to get to the city center, because it is quite far away, but it's not so big trouble if to use the taxi. for this price is perfect and new, because we found that the most hotels in the city are old and smoked over, and it is a problem to find a new and clean one which would be not extremely expensive.

Clean rooms, good location, kind and polite staff

My room was pretty clean with a stunning beach view. Unlimited coffee/tea any time. Very kind hotel staff, were pleased to help with stuff like SIM card and public transport. lots of restaurants nearby

kinda scary to cross road towards the beach, but it holds for almost whole area near Alanya

The hotel is in Nice location near to the beach, it had Nice views over the sea and the mountains, I stayed in a mountain view room,and although I expected a sea view room and it was full but they offered my a free upgrade to a double bed with mountain view, the staff are very friendly and helping , I had a problem in the room at night, where there was a gas leak like smell and I called them and they changed the room immediately, and they offered my a late checkout .. I would like to mention and thank Bergen I the Nice lady in reception , hope I wrote the name correctly, also yağmur in the kitchen , batuhan and ozgur. In the reception
