Host was very kind and helpful. Quick to answer questions and share information before and after we arrived Helped with using the washing machine and when I couldn't figure out how to dry our clothes she came to do that and even folded them for us! Supplied an ice tray when requested and even filled it! Cool bottled water was in the fridge when we arrived and the host also left some jam and madelines and bread for us.
Room and bed were very comfortable, best sleep of our trip! Air conditioning worked well. Location just inside city walls was great, 10-15 minute walk to centre and many dining choices.
Great value, definitely recommend.
4.5
Great property! facilities were fantastic and we loved being somewhere where we could cook our own meal! the styling was really cute. wish we were there for longer! Only downsides were the parking isn’t at the actual property maybe about a 10 minute walk with luggage. But you could always drop off your luggage and a person and then go and park. Also if you wanted to be super central to things is was a bit of a walk but not too far, might depend of your age and ability. if we come back to this gorgeous little town we would 100% be back to this accommodation.

It is a beautiful cosy place to stay in the heart of Avignon. The flat welcomes you the moment you open the door. The Terrasse a place of relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

Good location just inside the city wall. Need to walk 10~15 mins to tourist spots. You may find a pay Carpark space just out the apartment if you are lucky or you need to park at the free Carpark (Carpark Italian) at 10 mins walking distance. Avignon provides free shuttle bus to and from the free Carpark and there is a stop just at 2 mins walk to the apartment. The shuttle also stops in front of the covered market (Halles) where I bought stuff for dinners and take the shuttle back to the apartment (it’s free).
Be aware of mosquitoes and flies from the patio.

This was a mixed bag and there were some really good aspects. To start for £80 a night it was great value and quite central. The area was authentic Avignon and I liked it. There is a free car park that there are spaces in but it’s too far to walk with luggage so you need to bring the car up first drop stuff off then go and park. The owner is responsive (just as well as we were given the wrong code to get in the door!) The washing machine was great and had a well appointed kitchen area. Air con works really well. Shower is great. The bed was comfortable. There is an excellent Boulanger just down the street.
The Summer pad that we stayed in had small outdoor space which would have been great except for the noise level of the neighbours. You have three other properties around you and a fence separating you. One of them smoked constantly and it was really unpleasant. Its like one big patio with a fence separating it in three parts. There was barbed wire around the top of the fence which made me wonder why and there is information within the property asking people to keep the noise levels down and if you have any significant problems to call the Police! I have to say this did make me a bit on edge as clearly there must have been issues before for guests to be told this. The bathroom has a loose door which offers little privacy and should be replaced and the towels were a grubby colour though clean enough. I think that the description on Booking.com was not clear. You have in essence one big room including the kitchen with a
separate bathroom. They show you a number of different pictures and it’s not clear which place you have actually booked (I see someone else has mentioned this) I also don’t think it makes it clear how close you are to the other terraces and that this can result in a lot of noise.

Tastefully renovated, clean and quiet. Well equipped kitchen with a modern shower.
No matter how beautifully renovated it is, it is still a traditional old building, so if your neighbors decide to be noisy, you will hear everything!
3.5
the apartment is well equipped and there are coffee pods and sugar and cooking necessities which is a lovely touch.
an extra blanket would be nice.
4.0
Clean and stylish.
Bed is not too comfy
4.0
Nice location inside the rampart wall of Avignon, and with easy access to historic sites, cafes and free parking 5 mins walk away if needed. A great bolt-hole to explore Avignon & the area.
3.0
location and cleanliness of the apartment was good
the bed was very small . the bathroom door couldn’t be closed entirely so there was a privacy problem . there was no thick curtain which caused again lack of privacy as the apartment was looking to a backyard of other apartments

This BnB doesn't provide breakfast. But I can grab some food near Carfeu. Room was so quiet and have lovely terras.

It was very clean well organised and had all facilities
Parking was difficult - instructions on locking doors were required.

Felt right at home. Option of an apartment was a nice change from B&B and hotels, as we had several location changes. Our host gave excellent directions, information on the area and was fast to respond to any need. Great patio to enjoy a glass of wine or eat alfresco.
No hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. but we had packed our own, so it was not a problem. There is a washer, but no dryer. We washed a small load of essentials and air dried the French way.
3.5
Good location
Tiny bathroom, not enough space to turn for average sized people. Lack of cups, plates etc means you wash up after each use rather than fill a load for the dishwasher which would be more eco
Terrace is very hot all the time and is very very small so gets no breeze

Very clean, stylish, and contemporary equipped apartment. Cozy backyard for breakfast and evening chill. Great location, close to the center and huge free parking.
4.5
Location, air con and space
Outside not as photo, cooker too complicated
4.5
The apartment is absolutely lovely. The decor is stylish, everything was very clean and the apartment was well equipped.
The only downside is that there is no door or curtain between the bedroom and the living room where our daughter was sleeping. It was fine for us though for a short stay.

We had trouble locking the outside door! Maybe it was just us! ☹️
4.5
Perfect, 5 min to parking les italienes, parking for free, foot distance to sight seeing, bars and restaurants
Small appartement however sufficient for two persons
4.5
- nice welcome from Cristel
- cosy terrace
- close to city center, supermarket, restaurants and to free parking
- great amenities like Nespresso machine + capsules, bottle of water...
- it's small but good for 2 people, modern with everything you need
- location is great for avignon exploring, however not in the nicest area of the city. Not a problem for us, we liked it
4.5
Had a great holiday in the My Pad studio in Avignon. A bit of a walk from the train station, but had amazing amenities including a Nespresso machine with capsules, and a washer/dryer. Also the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in! Would definitely recommend to any single people or couples looking for a break.
4.5
Very clean and quiet by night, tiny but everything you need for preparing breakfast or a quick lunch in the patio. Fine!
