Get the best of Marco Island all in one location in this spacious and luxuriously appointed 3031 sq ft 3br/3.5 bath waterfront home in one of the best locations just minutes to the beach. Set on the widest part of the waterway, soak in a spectacular wide water view. The public beach access is an easily walkable 0.4 miles away, allowing you to skip the hassle of beach parking. The beach access is also an excellent location, accessing miles of beautiful beach near the acclaimed JW Marriott, which itself offers beachfront dining and tiki bar. Many other casual and top restaurants are less than a mile or two away.
Sliding glass doors from the living room, kitchen and first floor Master Bedroom open wide onto the spacious lanai to let the outside in.
Take in the breathtaking waterview watching for dolphins while lounging under the covered lanai or saltwater infinity edge pool with spa. Loungers and outdoor table provide comfortable outdoor seating. Newly installed screens with a picture window enclose the outdoor area.
Every generously sized newly carpeted bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom for maximum privacy with a 4th half bathroom conveniently on the first floor for guests/general use.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a new 50" HD TV, walk in closet and jacuzzi style tub. Enjoy beautiful views and step directly onto the lanai to the pool and spa.
A large formal dining table comfortably seats 6. A cozy good morning nook table opens up into the lanai and is perfect for coffee. The living room has plush comfortable leather seating, and a newer 55" HD TV.
High quality touches are seen throughout with high end furnishings and appliances including Bosch.
2 other king bedroom suites are upstairs. There is a roomy loft upstairs with comfortable seating and a desk with a fantastic waterview. The decor is timelessly elegant yet casual with soft neutral colors for a relaxing stay.
2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 1 chid's bicycle with helmet and pump are currently available, although not guaranteed. Please ask for details if needed. We have supplied the house with basics such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent to make your stay comfortable and carefree. There is a regular drip style coffee maker.
The house accommodates a maximum of 6 adults/guests very comfortably.
Marco Island is a beautiful, laid back, and safe area with gorgeous beaches, numerous water activities, and delicious restaurants. You can watch for dolphins and manatees, rent a boat or try an excursion, fish, have a cold drink on the lanai or beach, dine at a number of local restaurants, or just put your feet up and relax.
Longer term stays will be considered by request.

Wish we would have stayed longer! The property is very clean and very comfortable. My husband and I are healthy 60 yr olds and the walk to and from the beach was very easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood is great and honestly - the swimming pool was the cleanest I have ever seen - crystal clear and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the tarpon from the pool and we even saw a sea turtle!

This house was absolutely astonishing! A group of 4 of us came for our 30th birthdays and from the moment I walked through the doors I said “I’m coming back here!” With a bathroom in every bedroom there was plenty of room for us girls to get ready. The house was very clean and the gorgeous pool was both refreshing and relaxing. My most favorite part was waking up early and watching the sunrise! On these mornings we would see dolphins, fish, stingrays and even a shark!
Lisa was very kind and responded quickly! They also gave great detail on how to work all electronics in the house.
I will 100% be recommending this house to everyone I know looking for the most beautiful vacation!

This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The pool and hot-tub were fantastic, and there was plenty of beach gear to use for a day on the sand. The large bedrooms and large beds are fantastic and meant that the kids didn't have to fight over who got which room. Parking was easy and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The property is in a great location and very nicely maintained. Lisa was great with communication. It was the perfect home for 3 couples, we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view. There were plenty of chairs outside and seating was comfortable inside and out. Rented at end of November for family vacation to celebrate an 80th birthday. This house has everything you could possibly want or need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful beach is short 10 minute walk - host provides chairs, towels, umbrellas and pull cart. Amazing pool and heated, jetted spa right out the door. View of beautiful waterway that is chock full of fish and dolphins - can cast right off the back wall. You will not want to leave the back lanai!! Lisa was very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be back to visit!

This is a beautiful, spacious property with an outstanding view. The outdoor living space is large and comfortable; perfect for spending the day outside. The property owner is incredibly responsive and answered our questions. The beds are comfortable and the home is very clean. The kitchen is also spacious and well equipped for cooking meals in. Just what we needed!
My family of 5 had an amazing time enjoying this property for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out back on the covered patio looking out at the waterway. We watched the sunrise and were even able to see a few dolphins out there! Other than some home construction going on several houses away, it was a very quiet and peaceful area. We spent some time at the beach which was within walking distance. We walked it once which the owners made much easier by providing a wagon and plenty of beach chairs. Another time, we rode the provided bikes to go catch the sunset set on the beach. We also drove over once but finding parking can be more of a challenge which you do have to pay for, but it was a nice option for when we didn't want to walk.
Lisa was great to communicate with and very responsive. We asked if we could extend our check out time since our flight home was not until late in the day and she was able to coordinate with the housekeepers and give us some more time in her beautiful home.
As for the house, it had everything we needed in regards to kitchen gadgets, beach equipment/towels. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, but since I have 3 teenagers, they did not want to share rooms. My 19 y/o son, utilized the loft and the aero-bed which he said was quite comfy in comparison to just a regular air mattress, so that was a nice treat! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just sitting out back reading, playing games and just relaxing.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would happily return. We love the area and couldn't get enough of the views!

Remarkable views!
Lisa’s place is magnificent. We were blown away with how beautiful and spacious it is. We loved the pool and watching all the wildlife from the screened in deck. Walking distance from the beach & the house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need to comfortably walk there. (Wagons/coolers/carts) We even rode the bikes. It was perfect and Lisa is a great host!

Location, location, location...beautiful waterfront property!
The home is very spacious with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own ensuite. The lanai, pool, hot tub and outside area are perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends, and the water view is spectacular. The house is walking and/or biking distance to the beach and restaurants. The check-in process is seamless & the hosts are quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy Marco Island living...it's a gem!

Great house, location and owners
Six of us celebrated our 50th by going to Marco. We are so glad we found this house.
Location was great! Block from the beach, close to restaurants we went to and easy to find. Close to our excursion locations too. We did have a car with us and parking in the circular driveway was great.
View View View. We spent a lot of time in the lunai and in the spa and pool. The view out to the bay/canal was great. Waking up every morning to the sun and enjoying the morning outside. Beautiful houses around the bay as well.
House. Exactly as it is on VRBO. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Big open main floor. Comfortable beds. A lot of blankets, towels, pillows. Beach and pool gear available too. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access in and out with the locking system.
Host. We arrived early and she let us in at the last minute, we were still on MN time and didn’t realize we were early. She messaged us that night to make sure all was ok and was available if needed.
We will be booking again when we visit. I already have recommended to family who go to Naples to try Marco and this home.

Great January Stay! A home away from home
We loved everything about this home. From the location (short walk to the beach and restaurants) to the large rooms and beautiful water view. We rented kayaks and kayaked around the canals and out to the gulf one day. The garage is full of everything you need for the beach. Immaculate inside - we loved it! Beautiful house on the water
We immediately fell in love with this house. As soon as we walked in the front door, the view out to the pool and water reassured us we had chosen the perfect place to stay for the week. The kitchen is well appointed (except for kids cutlery) and was a great place to watch the sun rise each morning. Each bedroom and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. I was surprised by how good the food is on Marco Island. The host left some great recommendations in a folder and we used her recs for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend Dorenes for breakfast or lunch, Oyster society for dinner, and Snook Inn for casual dining with live music. We were unlucky with the weather but still had fun at the beach, putt putt, the children museum in Naples (it was super windy and rainy that day), and the Dolphin Explorer boat tour. We hope we can come back again soon!

Perfect Spot
We were six girlfriends celebrating our 50th birthdays. This house was perfect in every way. From the comfy king beds to the well equipped kitchen to the lovely linai with pool, hot tub and gorgeous water view it was everything we hoped for. We saw dolphins every morning over coffee! Easy walk to the beach with lots of nice beach gear provided. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and enjoy each other’s company in a clean and beautiful space.

You will NEVER find a better equipped VRBO than this one. I could go on and on but in short just bring your family and clothes and have a great time. Every detail you can think of is covered and even some that don't come to mind will when you get there and see it for yourself. The place is SPECTACULAR and you will not be disappointed. We had 7 adult aged folks (paid a little extra for the 7th) but there was plenty of room for 7, although the 7th slept on an air mattress (but it was a nice one ). There's also 3 bathrooms which was great!The lanai was beautiful and the grill was nice and well maintained. We didn't really use the hot tub much, but it was nice.It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but there is an umbrella cart (with 3 beach umbrellas) and a beach wagon. Also 7 beach chairs with shoulder straps so it's not too much of a pain getting there and once there your in good shape. There was also a small soft sided cooler and a small styrofoam cooler which was nice.Lisa was very friendly and quickly answered all questions I had before and after the booking. We had a great time.

Meticulously clean property with excellent location!
Beautiful home perfect for three couples. Three master suites made this great for my family of three adult couples. The house was meticulously clean on arrival. Location is perfect - there is a public entrance to the beach just 0.4 miles away right next to the Marriott (we ended up getting drinks and food there almost every day since it was right on the beach.) The pool is beautiful and the outdoor area was a perfect place to eat dinner. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall we would absolutely recommend this place (and my family is so picky!)

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it was the best. It was our first VRBO and we were nervous, but the house was absolutely amazing. Beautiful and relaxing
My husband and I took our 4 kiddos, who range from teenager down to 18months, for a few day get away. This property was all it was advertised as! It was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful and spacious. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the pool and the beds were very comfortable. The property had everything you could need: outfitted kitchen, sand toys, pool floats, grill, beach towels... we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation
This was our first vrbo experience and it has likely ruined all others. The property was exactly as described and was beautiful and functional. The pool and hottub were very clean and warmed daily. The property has amazing views and is very easy to navigate to with off road parking. The location is within walking distance to the amazing beaches of Marco Island and a short drive to the local grocery store and multiple restaurants.
The owners Lisa and David were very responsive to any questions and would respond to any messages usually within 15 minutes. If you are looking for a place to stay on Marco Island this is the place.

Lovely family home- great view
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely property. The view from the back of the house is gorgeous over the bay. We saw dolphins and fish jumping and enjoyed fishing by the house. This home had everything you could need including beach equipment, cooking items and very comfortable beds.

Fabulous house. Fabulous Location.
I booked this house for myself and two friends. We travel together and it is very hard to find 3BR with 3 en-suite baths. This house was perfect! First the owner was very responsive when we had questions. The location is terrific. You could walk to the beach. It’s really just 2 blocks, but we rode bikes! The house was immaculate, with the finest furnishings and appliances. The owner leaves very helpful instructions with the various appliances. The “note book” was also very comprehensive. We found it really helpful and even used the “Fun” tips within.
We arrived well before before check-in, so we stopped at Mango’s Dockside Bistro for a lovely lunch outside admiring the boats. I recommend the Kind Crab Avocado salad!
After settling in, we biked over to the beach to watch the sunset. After that, we drove up to Naples and ended up on 5th Avenue. Great shopping! We stumbled upon Yabba Island Grill. Terrific Food. I had the Grilled Swordfish. Friends had the Coconut Shrimp & Grilled Shrimp. I also had a half dozen West Coast Oysters. They had a terrific selection.
Another great place for dinner was Oyster Society (5 minutes away). The house is so close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Each morning, we enjoyed dining al fresco for breakfast while watching the many dolphins ripple the surface of the bay. We were thrilled when we would see one really arch out of the water. The pool is terrific a and the hot tub was such a realized on our aching muscles after all that bike riding and beach walking!
As I mentioned, the house is convenient to everything: I even rode a bike to Winn Dixie each morning to pick up a paper (old habits die hard). Publix is 5 minutes away by car. Mango’s Dockside, 5 min, Oyster Society (and DaVini’s -same owner) also 5 min.
It was a very quick ride to Tigertail beach as well. On Trip Advisor, reviews scare you off about having to cross the lagoon- that is hogwash! There is a parking lot to the left after you enter, go all the way to the end (south) and park near the bathroom (clean). Then only about 1/4 mine to the beach.
We also had a great time riding Kayaks from Florida Adventures & Rentals. This was maybe 10-12 minutes away. So you can see you are close to everything!
Our last night, we had dinner at the Marriott’s “Quinn’s on the Beach.” Great!
You cannot go wrong with this VRBO house. We 3 friends have been traveling together for a while now and this was our favorite accommodations.
