Old, uncomfortable and unsafe property. Staying there was a huge mistake!!!

Absolutely nothing.

The property was really old, with furniture from 1970s and very uncomfortable beds. You could feel every spring of the mattress. The hot water would run out immediately in the shower and the hot water tank was inside the shower. Everything was falling apart and one of the apartment (#5) locks did not work. Towels were like dirty, old rags. A LOT of mosquitoes, had to buy some repellents for the room because none was provided.

Relaxing stay in Budva

The location is very quiet and Budva's old town can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The house was clean and it had a large beautiful garden.

The streets close to the property are narrow and parking could be a bit challenging.

Has potential

Great location, nice garden, and good size. Good facilities for the money.

Really needs a good clean. The sheets and towels were very smelly, and the bathroom smell was almost unbearable. Shame because the apartment could be great!

Very good stay

Very close to the old town and the beaches. Our room had an amazing garden, we didn’t want to leave our room during the day.

The bathrooms need a bit of reno.

Disappointing because with more effort the place could be a gem.

Location

Cleanliness. Musty smell. Wifi intermittent and very slow if there was a signal. No English spoken except for the 10 minutes Serge showed up to collect rent. Bathroom in desperate need of reno. Power went off one night. Don’t know who’s fault, but contributed to comfort assessment.

Good

Good location, under 10 minutes to old town and seafront. The bed was very comfortable and the shower great.

Everything was quite old and worn. Needs renovating.

Exceptional

Fantastic location close to the bus station, the bay, and old town- the perfect trifecta for me! Very neat and clean, quiet home in residential area just above the happening waterfront. Nice private covered terrace and plenty of other places to sit inside and relax between touring. I had only reserved a private room but was given an entire apartment when I arrived. I didn't ask why but I really appreciated the extra space and being able to make my own coffee or tea in the kitchen, etc. I absolutely loved Budva and found the people much more friendly and accepting than they seemed to be of tourists in Kotor so I wish I had spent more time here and less there! At any rate I thought Sergio's place was the perfect spot for my visit and it would have been a great deal even if I hadn't gotten upgraded!

No negatives that I can think of.

Great location, big apartment and very sweet lady that received us!

Room smelled a bit musty, shower didn't look to clean so we didn't use it, and the mattress was very unstable.

The room was dirty, there were hairs in the bad. I found the old burned cigarette on the floor. Picture in the offer are much better then reality.

ok, good for the money you pay

wifi worked really well, good location, good for the price, we were able to come drop off the luggage earlier

very cold and no blankets, the “kitchen” was just basically a stove on the balcony, hot water ran out

I love Sergio Leone movies and I loved the Clint Eastwood pictures in the staircase! :-) The room was great, we would have liked to stay longer.

The location

The host was not welcoming. Only started to smile when money was in his hands! Pungent sewage smell in the bathroom Guests partying at 4 am and tried to enter our room. Total disgrace!

Comfy appartment in Budva

The apartment, especially the outside area was beautiful and very comfortable. The wifi was ok and the location was good for us (maybe not for everyone as it is up a hill).

We found that we couldn’t rely on the parking, even if we had used it one night, there might be no room on the next day, leaving us using on street parking (which was ok though)

The location near center, near beach and that it has private parking

There were a problem with a dampy smell in our room, but Sergio was helful and change our room with an apartment withoutany cost.

We didn't find Sergio when we arrived at the apartment (no answer to our messages on booking), difficulty to find car parking and to communicate in English with the old lady we found close to the apartment

Hotel location is central.Our room was spotless.Sergio was very helpful.The room’’s balkony is pleasent.The room has filter coffee maker coffee cups and kitchen utensils.We were very pleased.Thank you Sergio

The bathroom has a trash can, but the bedroom also had a trash can :)
