We had a wonderful time, would come back any time!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming and really did help us a lot immediately. Special thanks to Anil, who was always there for us. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The walk to the beach is under 5 minutes, so the location is ideal. We also enjoyed our balcony a lot

My husband missed a TV, but with those nice views I personally dont think its even necessary

Поздний заезд. Очень хороший водитель в предоставляемом трансфере. Наличие чайника и питьевой воды.

Номер не соответствует фотографиям - ни по размерам, ни по уровню уюта. Кондиционер орет так, что не уснуть, относительно грязно, неудобный матрас. Терасса выходит с видом на забор. Одну ночь переночевать пойдет. Отель у дороги и у него нет своего выхода на пляж, куда можно попасть или по асфальту с дороги на которой стоит отель или по кушерям заваленным мусором

Near to the beach

Really sweet place to stay. My husband loved this place because of its quiet nature and clean rooms. Very friendly staff and the property is very close to the beach.

Happy we chose to stay at Crystal Goa hotel. Good hospitality is the reason why they have so many hotels in south goa

Conveniently placed near most places, Very close to the beach and the main Market area also near to the main Bus stop, auto rickshaw and taxi stand and super markets. everything is so convenient. Apart from that Room cleaning, room service and staff are very well trained to provide you the best hospitality. Happy we chose to stay here.

Best Stay if you’re with family.

This is the most beautiful place in Palolem. the rooms are of such a good quality and fantastic room service with clean and beautiful environment. Highly recommended place.

Nothing . The hotel is a scam. No electricity back up , no water , oddly placed rooms , the staff is good but is helpless

We had really great and pleasant experience. Room is located in excellent location, market area next to the hotel and a lot of restaurants nearby. beach is just 2 minute walk.

Expensive, low value for money

It is close to the main Palolem road and beach. AC worked fine. Help with transportation. Possible to pay by credit card

Extremelly expensive, quite low value for money even it was Christmas season. 4000 INR is not a price for these facilities, 1000 INR should be enough. Check-in was quite bad as I had to call few times and wait for 40mins in the sun. I was asked to make a bank transfer before my arrival which did not happen on any other accomodations

Terrible stay at a non existent hotel

except that it’s quite close to the beach , there’s nothing to this property

this a room in a house. It doesn’t have any front desk or reception. It also does not have any direct entry. One has to pass through another property to reach here . it is also infested with mosquitoes. There is no mixer in the bathroom so the water in the shower is either too hot or cold. There is no wardrobe just few slabs of wood. The electric kettle was not there in one room and Wi-Fi was not functional. there was no staff except a bell boy who was out to make a quick buck hustling beach related services. There was a woman who was there only collect the payment but was absent after that . Terrible experience and very expensive. Not worth more than 500 bucks a room. Just to crash

Little close to beach but not worth it

Rooms are dirty it was not cleaned and Ac and fan both doesn't work bad ambience fake does look like its in pictures and in that hot climate our stay was horrible and also its not very near to beach and online they charge is too much where in directly the prices are low so they scam us very poor service never choose this .room is full of spider webs and lizards also fan makes sound even if its slow also cant have a proper sleep
