Chceš mať oddych a klud? Obíd Contesu!

Jedine zamestnankyňa, ktorá mala službu od utorka, do štvrtka tuším, ona nám podávala raňajky...

- tenké steny, počuť každé slovo od vedľajšej izby, televizor, kto kedy, čo robi na WCku, atď. - v popise nie je ani slovo o tom, že pod izbami je aj hostinec (vedľa je reštaurácia), "vďaka kvalitnému tesneniu", počuť všetko a žiaľ zamestnanci v hostinci ani len neposnazili utíšiť opilcov, skôr naopak, dali hudbu nahlas a to vo štvrtok, a cca.do 01:30-45, ďakujem pekne, spať sa nedalo. - nekvalitná posteľ, vyležaný matrac, plus dokonca chýbali aj dve komponenty z roštu, ževraj sa to zlomilo v nedelu, no mi sme prišli pondelok a to až po 17:00, takže mali dostatok času na riešenie, no nie, musel som to nahlásiť druhý deň a až potom sa to riešilo. Prvá noc bola nepríjemná. A potom aj každá ďalšia (tenké steny). - Raňajky za 5€? V popise v bookingu píšu o kontinentálnych, švédskych stolov a čo sme dostali? 3 plátky sunky, 3 platky syry, 3 plátky uhorky, nejaké kusky paradajok a malinku kocku masla, asi tak 3x 1,5cm. Jablkový džús bol s vodou riedeny, neexist, taký džús bez chutí. Ked sme nechceli "platkove" ranajky, mohli sme si vybrať aj zhorenu omeletu, alebo 4ks párky, za 5€ , smiešne.. To, že su raňajky vo forme švédskych stolov, sme sa dozvedeli až v izbe, že ked je viac ako 10 hostí ubytovaných, su aj stoli švédske. Pani, vždy akurát vtedy umývala podlahu s domestosom, keď sme tam raňajkovali, príjemný zápach.diki! - na chodbe pred izbami neidentifikovateľný pach, no posledný deň už bolo cítiť akokeby žumpu. - v kúpeľni žiadna polička na drogeriu. - na bookingu v popise píšu, že dávajú základné veci k dispo v kúpeľke, akurat tak tekuté mydlo tam bolo - upratovenie??? Žiadne. Ani raz, ani len nepozametali predsieň v izbe. A keby bolo vedenie lepšie, už by aspon dali posledné raňajky zadarmo, aby sme neodišli s takou nechuťou odtiaľ. Ale oni to zrejme majú v paží. Kým chodia ľudia, ktorý sú ochotní za tu nekvalitu platiť. Lenže takto sa to nerobí (do psej matere) ...

Za ty peníze naprosto perfektní

Perfektně uklizeno, čistý a voňavý pokoj. Velký pokoj, skříně i koupelna. V restauraci velmi dobře vaří. Levná a bohatá snídaně. Silná Wi-Fi

Tvrdší postel. Pouze ieden ručník. Ve sprše není odkládací prostor pro mýdlo.

Pekna lokalita, skoro pod hradem. Mily, prijemny personal

Nejde o trvaly problem, spis neprehlednost. V okoli jsem hledala ubyt a priorita pro me byla vana. Toto ubyt. jsem vybrala kvuli vane, avsak pokoj byl jiz po nasem prijezdu zadany nekomu jinemu. Takze jsme nakonec dostali pokoj bez vany. Skoda. Jinak vse ok, mily personal.

I like the large room with large screen of TV and sofa and comfortable bed and a hall. Great bathroom.

Not that much friendly staff that could do more welcoming. Otherwise great accomodation and good location.

Going to see the castle

Excellent stop overnight, lovely place friendly staff good food.

The castle was not open but that's not the pension fault.

We felt like home!

Clean rooms, Norbert was super friendly and tried to accommodate all of our needs. Food in the restaurant was amazing. Room was well equipped. Good atmosphere with friendly guests. The best beer I've ever drank in my life!!! Breakfast just hit the spot and got us ready for the road.

Everything was great! Don't hesitate to book a room.

Nice place, located just under the castle and very nice and helpful staff.

Bathroom needs a bit more effort to clean limescale and shower glass, otherwise room cleanliness was fine.

Superb

Excellent dinners. Overall, a comfy, pleasant inn.

The building design is awkward. All the windows from the corridor face a beautiful view of the castle and a quiet courtyard. All the windows from the rooms face an unsightly intersection of village streets (luckily, with little traffic). Had it been reversed, the place would provide much better value for customers.
