Rien à part la nourriture qui est correcte.
Hôtel vieillissant et non entretenu. Service inexistant. 1 h d’attente pour avoir un verre de vin au restaurant. Quand à la suite réservée, piscine privée sans eau et non utilisable et parasol cassé. Garde vitre tenant sur la terrasse grâce à des morceaux de bois.
Malgré des demandes répétées à l’accueil de l’hôtel aucun changement. Ils disent oui mais ne font rien.
Cet hôtel considère ses clients comme des porte-feuilles ambulants !!! Ils sont par contre très vifs pour les pourboires.

Ogród i otoczenie hotelu- tereny zielone, kompleks i baseny dla dzieci.
Obsługa personelu, począwszy od meldunku gdzie w standardzie dimon club poza wyjaśnieniem obostrzeń, kar i wydaniu opaski. Mógłby nie istniec i spokojnie możnaby postawić kiosk, który zrobił by to szybciej i sprawniej. Personel na zadawane pytania raczej wymijajaco bez konkretów zbywał klienta w każdej sytuacji. Doproszenie się o cokolwiek cz powinno być standardem było jakimś żartem. Pokój z jacuzzi na dachu nie działające jacuzzi musiał przyjść personel i je naprawić. Krany w łazience nie przyjręcone do blatu i wyglądały jakby ktoś wykonywał konserwacje ale jej nie skończył. Cała armaturą wyglądała jak z miejskiego szaletu. Obsługa kelnerska butlera to był self service nikt podczas całego pobytu nie przyszedł do nas przyjąć zamówienie ani na plaży, ani na basenie( standard diomon club generalnie nie istniał poza jedną butelką jacka danielsa w barze na basenie. Czystość pkoì poza zaciągnięciem pościeki nic się nie działo. Trzeba było prośić się i dostarczenie ręczników, czy wymianę pościeli która nigdy nie nastąpiła. Łóżeczko dla dziecka choć zaznaczoona w rezerwacji nie zrealizowana. Budynek który teoretycznie powinien mieć standard go nie posiadał i wyglądał i pachniał ja stajnia dla konii. Restauracje ala carte tylko dwie miały jakiś standard caribean i steak house reszta to żart jedzenie zimne i nijakie. Sniadania ala carte w restauracji agave można było zjeść wafle i jajecznica reszts pomimu prób podowana zmina i nikt nie zainteresował się czy coś się stało. Herbata niedostępna tylko rumianek. W restauracji głownej większości chłodne tylko serwowane przy stacji nadawało się do jedzenia

I liked the amenities and everything you could do inside the resort.
Not enough AC! Barely any AC in the restaurants and hallways, it was too hot. The rooms had good AC.

Was having a Dimond club, but they don't give Good alcohol as Dimond Club have to wait long for everything.

I honestly really liked it they have 7 restaurants to choose from. I will definitely be back to this resort. I loved every single thing about the hotel

The staff on the whole were friendly and the food
We could not use the jacuzzi on the roof terrace due to it having many faults. The jacuzzi was a big draw to us spending extra and was disappointed that we were requested a partial refund. This was agreed however over a month later we're still waiting for the refund to come through!

Loved the pool parties and the activities happening in the resort. The buffet restaurant was good as well
The rooms weren’t good at all. It has a stuffy stale smell, vapoir gets the floors wet and sheets damp. The bath tub in the room brings out dirt and doesnt look clean and comfortable for use. Alot of bushes around so alot of flies hover in the room. Also didnt like the sub-standard cocktails being served. The Grazie italian restaurant’s food wasn’t tasty

Food at a la cart restaurants is awful, I mean that bad, buffet was a much better choice. Second problem. And much bigger one, roaches on the property, didn't see in the room, thank got big plenty on the property. Also, until you tip the staff , noobe moves

We hair hair on our counter in bathroom when we first walked in, buffet was closed at noon one day and we had no where to eat from 12-12:30 wrote we had to get a cab to leave

we did find some restaurants that were good the buffet was fair.
our room was filthy and not cleaned and broken. second room we moved to took 5 days to finally get into a different one and that one flooded for 3 days and smelled like sewer.

I liked the options of food and restaurants
It smelled like mildew in the rooms. There were no tiles in the room. They did not have my room that I paid for available. The Spa overcharged me for services and lied about the services they offered. I felt like the resort needs to be inspected for mold in the vents.
