it was great...

the view and resort was great with a lot of restaurant to choose from. great staff and very helpful. very clean.

the place lacked air conditioned areas to hang out. also lot of mosquitos in the room which was the down side.

BE AWARE there is BED BUGS on the beds !!!! they claim there are mosquitoes but there are not you can even see reviews on TikTok other people have proof there is bed bugs photos !!! so disgusting what a waste of money !!!

Staff was great!! So nice and welcoming. BIG THANKS TO IVAN, VICTOR (at the sports bar) AND WILLY ( the guy that helped us to our room/get set situated) !!!! WOAH you guys made our stay so wonderful!

The room was dirty upon arrival. The bath tub had brown dirt in it called to ask them to come clean it, someone came, said they would be back but they never came to clean. The jacuzzi on the upstairs dock was dirty as well.

Disappointing

staff was amazing! Veronica in the spa phenomenal! Alfonso and Alejandro by the pool amazing!

mosquitoes in the room, swim out pool was freezing , food in buffet wasn’t good, people holding lounge chairs by pool, mold in room

Henrri at the hideaway pool bar was amazing as always! 3 years in a row and he’s remembered me every single time! He is literally the best part of hideaway! 💜 Make sure you all keep him around

The stuff is super nice The food is delicious The size of the resort is huge (and still mid size) A lot of pools A lot of snacks around the facility Teens club Kids club Sushi, Mexican, Italian, meat and more Gym is superb

Lines, if you come at the wrong moment the lines can be bad... Noise from the pools at night if you take the belcony with the pool view

All inclusive Stuff was amazing The food is delicious and many choices Vegan friendly Carnivores friendly The service is excellent Fully refill mini bar service (included) Quiet in the "jungle view rooms" A lot! Of activities such as pool parties and kids rooms, "teens room" , ping pong tables all over the place Bars in the pools with free cocktails and drink "Vibe teem" (entertainment teem" with different activities such as "netball pool style game" and balloon war in the pool. Clean Jacuzzi in the junior suit! Big bath 9 different restaurants : sushi and tapeniaki , Mexican, meat , Indiana, Italian, pool buffet {cheese burger and hot dogs} , sea food, the wonderful and my favorite the big buffet, And other kind of restaurants I didn't get to see beacuse is only for "diamond club" or with extra charge... But I don't think you need to go there unless you are really rich and to wast your money just to get another kind of food So many pools I could not count them Live shows from 6 to 10 at the pool Every pool section has same entertainment (so you won't miss any)

A lot of noise from the pool parties at night from the "pool view rooms" at night The beach is full of Seaweed and it's not plesent to get in The lins to the restaurants can be exhausting from 7 to 8 The location of the resort is very far from the downtown and taxis are expensive 🫰. There is a line to get a place to sit next to the pool! If you come "too late (around 9:30 am) you need a a lot of luck finding place near the pool"

Food is great. Good vibes everyone is enjoying their vacation. Night life is fun plenty of entertainment.

Really bad mosquitoes prepare to get bit up. Swim out pool is dirty seems like they clean it only if you ask them to.

Beautiful Resort, Terrible Staff and Mosquitoes

Resort was absolutely stunning. Loved the view, loved how the rooms looked. And there were plenty of pools for everyone.

Majority of the staff was terrible and not understanding. Our bands to get into the room stopped working 4 times! I reserved a room with a king size bed, they gave me double beds and told me they were sold out. The bar staff except for Miguel, wasn't attentive at all. And the icing on the cake, the resort had wayyyyy to many mosquitoes. It was hard to enjoy anything outside the room. They are even in the restaurants. I would not return!

My stay was so amazing that we extended it to another day.

The locating is amazing only 20 minutes from the airport. The resort is beautiful and the easy beach access make it even better. The staff is so welcoming and helpful.

Very good

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the cleaning staff, to butlers, to servers. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and restocked frequently. There was always some form of entertainment available. Food at all the restaurants did not disappoint.

The beach and shoreline was full of seaweed so we couldn't even get close to the water. The butlers were great when they were available, but there was always some confusion with who was serving us and when. There was a total of 3 different people within 24 hours telling us they were our butler. And instead of the bottle per day we were promised, we got 2 bottles in 6 days.

checkin process was a breeze in and out. I loved the staff! they were grateful for tips and treated me and my husband very nice.
