Would have stayed a few days! Beautiful, excellent service and rooftop pool and access to the gym was excellent especial

Everything was immaculate and well thought out. The prices were very reasonable and the rooftop pool and bar is amazing. The location was also great looking right over the square in Tequila.

Wonderful Hotel that Deserves all the Accolades

Amazing location. Our room had a wonderful view. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the triple digit temperatures. The staff was welcoming and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. Hotel occupancy seemed low during our stay so it seemed like we had an entire wing to ourselves. We loved sitting on the patio during the evenings when things cooled off.

it’s a beautiful property in the heart of Tequila, perfectly maintained

for the cost , the rooms were pretty basic, plus you got only two capsules of coffee for free, after that they will charge you.

Great hotel in the best central locaiton

The location is central to everything; I valet parked my car and didn't use it until leaving. The facilities are top notch, very clean and the staff were terrific, responding immediately to the couple of requests I made.

The one slight negative in the location is that the noise from the music, etc. in the square does reverberate into the hotel. Rooms toward the next street back from the square might be a bit quieter.

Poor value and cheat on payments

Problems at check in and then did not refund credit card deposit despite saying they would and do not reply to emails - i will be doing a card chargeback

Awful check in - insisted I [paid in full up front and a credit card deposit on top - I asked to go to the room after a long journey so I could transfer funds to my debit card to make the payment (I don;t see very well so cannot do it on a phone) and they refused wasting an hour while I had to sort it out. Breakfast poor - fresh orange juice not fresh, terrible french toast and expensive - then they did not refund the card deposit and do not answer emails about it - it has some good qualities but overall pretty bad esp. as expensive

It is our favorite place in Tequila.

The Solar is a luxury hotel of the highest quality! The rooms are beautiful and the whole property is meticulous. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love the delicious breakfast and excellent service. The sky bar with pool is one of our favorite features with great views and so relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel!
