No es lo que dicen

La ubicacion

Falta de responsabilidad en algunos individuos el personal (afortunadamente no es la mayoría). La noche del 24 de diciembre el acceso estaba cerrado, el telefono de recepcion no contestaba y el perdonal de guardia sentados comodamente conversando en el lobby. En la habitacion asignada el baño dejaba correr el agua de la ducha hacia afura. Nos cambiaron de habitacion y en la otra era similar. El turno para desayunar un descontrol inaceptable teniendo a 5 metros el salon del restaurante disponible. Se nota una falta de gerenciacion adecuada para los servicios que dice prestar el hotel. No condice con la "misión" ni la "visión" que promocionan

Acogedora, lastima que solo fue una noche

Las maas confortables. La atencion muy buena. el desayuno muy bueno. La ubicacion excelente en referencia a donde nos dirigiamos. Volveremos en una proxima oportunidad

se solicitaron habitaciones con camas dobles separadas y el espacio entre ellas era muy pequeño.

Pasable. Y genial si venis con mascota.

La ubicacion y que aceptan mascotas. Aunque deberian aclarar que hay que llevar la libreta sanitaria del perro en el perfil.

LA habitacion es muy chica. El lugar para poner la ropa es ridiculo. Solo sirve para estadias de una noche.

The WIFI didn´t work for 3 f 5 days, I was in a business trip, this issue really impact the job time.

It was ok but they could do better and I am sure there are better hotels in the area

It offers many options for restaurants and it was close to my place of work.

Not a single bottle of water in the room. No gel shower o body cream.

Very nice!

There are good restaurants in the same building of hotel and a mall crossing the street. The rooms has Ibis standards. Good breakfast.

The room is a bit noisy because of the road in front of the hotel. But it wasn't a problem.

I did not like the room, there was a cockroach, I have photos, I complained to the person in charge of the front desk and they did not give me a solution, we changed hotels.

Just for a day is OK, good location but high price

The location is perfect if you travel for business or a meeting to Pilar. The staff is good and the neighbourhood of the hotel is OK.

The rooms are small. The price plus taxes is high
